Deposit THB 10,000.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Accommodation charges THB 690.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 10:30.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
we would like to remind everyone to bring the following requirements upon checking-in for each staying guests to be presented at the reception upon arrival. Thai Citizen: Valid Identification Card Foreign Guest/Traveler: Ø Original Passport Ø Valid Visa (Tourist, Working Visa, etc.) Ø Immigration Card (TM.6 Card)
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policy and additional supplements may apply
The Hotel Deposit Policy required upon check-in;
1-3 nights minimum stay: 1,500 THB or 50 USD per room per night (Cash or any valid credit card)
4-10 nights minimum stay: 6,000 THB or 200 USD per stay (Cash or any valid credit card)
11 nights minimum stay onward: 10,000 THB or 300 USD per stay (Cash or any valid credit card)
Pool Maintenance Notification The glass tip section (10m) of the Sky Aquarium pool will be closed for improvements and maintenance from 17th May 2025, and is scheduled to be completed by 17th June 2025. Despite the renovation, all guests will still have access to the Sky Aquarium pool, the Infini pool, mini waterpark, and the pool with a Jacuzzi and waterslides at Fitz Club. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding as we carry out this maintenance for future improvements. The Royal Cliff Management Team
