They put their effort for arrangement and thank you forroom service to give mw wife a surprise.Let me felt their hospitality concern me. 入住Cliff Hotel Group的飯店即可以使用3間飯店的泳池，於是我選擇評價中房間比較好的景觀的Royal Cliff Grand Hotel入住，但泳池還是以Royal Cliff Beach Hotel的泳池最漂亮，只是此飯店附近真的沒東西，連吃飯都只能在飯店的餐廳吃，適合只打算在飯店休息游泳的人。

we would like to remind everyone to bring the following requirements upon checking-in for each staying guests to be presented at the reception upon arrival. Thai Citizen: Valid Identification Card Foreign Guest/Traveler: Ø Original Passport Ø Valid Visa (Tourist, Working Visa, etc.) Ø Immigration Card (TM.6 Card)

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policy and additional supplements may apply

Please note that the property will be undergoing renovation works and upgrading the amenities to provide a better experience for all guests. We will begin the renovation project from 20th May 2024 – 30th November 2024. Works will be carried out daily from 10:00am – 12:00pm and then in the afternoon from 2:00pm – 5:00pm. There will be some noisy works and dusts during the renovation period. However, the hotel is taking every effort to minimize potential service delays and noise disruptions. We seek your kind understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.

1-3 nights minimum stay: 1,500 THB or 50 USD per room per night (Cash or any valid credit card)

4-10 nights minimum stay: 6,000 THB or 200 USD per stay (Cash or any valid credit card)

11 nights minimum stay onward: 10,000 THB or 300 USD per stay (Cash or any valid credit card)

The sea view of room is good but quite far away from town center. The TV signal has some problems and always lag. It's impossible to finish a whole film smoothly. TV can connect to YouTube but we need to take away and then plug again after watching few videos to restart the TV. The lady staff of the tour shop at hotel is very NICE and HELPFUL! She helps us a lots it our trip!

酒店遠離市中心，出入十分不便 如果想遠離塵囂的住客可以考慮 由酒店到市中心要乘搭taxi，大堂的Bell Boy service會幫你叫taxi，只是收費有點貴。（並非跟咪錶收費）大約3公里的路程要300銖左右 住客可以從客房觀賞到海景，景色十分棒 客房也十分寬敞，舒適及乾淨 但浴缸的水是非常可怕的泥黃色，放了幾缸水也沒改善。根本沒辦法泡澡 作為5星級的酒店是不能接受的

We got the room that was facing the ocean. The view was amazing and we both were loving it. The service was very great and all the staffs were very helpful. I loved that they prepared a dish of fruit when we arrived and they served us drinks at the front desk already. I highly recommend everyone should try the spa inside the hotel. It was totally experience than I ever had! Also the lady at the tour services was super nice and she was offering us very good deal for tour and car service. I highly recommend everyone should book the taxi service through her because you will get a better price than the taxi outside the hotel!

到達酒店chenk in時服務員要求我將確認電郵e mail給她，我說我沒有network,她說我可用酒店的wi fi，我只需用房號和我的姓氏login就可以，但我說我還未check in怎樣有房號？她就很不耐煩地給了我的房號給我login。另外當我到達酒店bellboy就幫我拿了行李，但check in後又要我行回bellboy處認領行李，他們很混亂。如五星級酒店給這樣的服務太差了。
