To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged.
The roundtrip shuttle boat transfer schedule is as follows:
From AO PRAO PIER (old name-Seree Ban Phe Pier) : 11:00 AM, 01:30 PM and 04:00 PM
From the property: 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 03:00 PM
Guests are required to arrive at the pier 30 minutes before departure.
Guests who miss the shuttle boat transfer can arrange for a private speed boat transfer at an additional charge, payable upon check-in.
***Important*** Extra child policy 0 - 3 years old: Free 4 - 11 years old: THB 300 (*to be paid directly at the resort) Extra person policy (Child aged over 12 and adult) Breakfast + Mattress: paid via Traveloka included in the room rate when you select 3 persons **There is no extra bed. Guests will be provided a mattress instead.

渡假村很棒，且鄰近最熱鬧的Sae Kaew海灘，晚上渡假村的pub還有火舞秀可以欣賞。而且早餐真的很好吃，如果有來沙美島，真的推薦這間渡假村。

The floor of the bath room is too slipper so I fall down on the ground that was really hurting and after I ask manager she even ask me what you want?this is too redicilous.after I call many times they finally come to see me and just give me a gel for muscle pain..please take care yourself especially kids and old people when you still choose this resort

位置相當好，離海灘和便利商店都很近。早餐選擇多樣化但味道普通。官網照片很漂亮，實際房間感覺得出有點舊且有霉味，濕度非常高，床和沙發坐一下就會覺得褲子有濕氣；空調有問題只能介於21-24度之間，但是泳衣晾兩天都沒乾。wifi非常慢。另外就是大家都說房錢已經包含國家公園門票，但check in時櫃台依然和我收取了1人200B的門票，不知道是否規定改了？
雖然都不是大問題，不過以這個價錢得到這樣的住宿經驗實在令人有點失望。

Cons:
1. transportation-wise, for most of the bookings, what they're offering is a fixed-time ferry, not a speed boat upon request. So, unless you want to leave quite early, you won't be able to use the ferry that they offer.
2. they keep saying that you're able to use your credit card to pay when you order drinks/food, but when you're able to do so, they told you that it has to be above 500 bht and asked to you purchase more => not cool.
pros:
1. beautiful resort
2. nice room
3. great location that's just at the most popular beach
4. complimentary drinks/fruit is a surprise

有自己的專屬碼頭，行李有專人從碼頭送到房間非常方便，餐廳的紅咖哩蝦非常好吃價格也很便宜，雖然飯店在海灘旁邊，但是不是私人的所以有時候人潮聚集的很多導致很擁擠。飯店廁所很大，而且還有附海灘用的毛巾。總體來說很推薦來沙美島住這間飯店。

非常棒的飯店，性價比很高，櫃台人員超級熱心，也會幫我們安排好全部入住事情，酒店有專屬的碼頭和船，也會有車輛接送，並且都有附上沙美島的門票，加上也有自己的沙灘，所以整體來說，是一個非常好的住宿酒店，值回票價，離大街也不遠，非常方便。

入住這裡的價格是已經包含船資及國家公園門票，在羅勇府也有專屬的碼頭，在沙美島上也有接駁車接送，房間雖不大，但很舒適！餐廳就在沙灘旁邊，真的很適合放鬆的一個地方！
