Although certain furniture is a little bit old, the hotel as a whole is very good. Especially the staff services is excellent !

Pretty much supplied everything needed. Nice staff.

The breakfast buffet could be better.

房間相當的舒適寬敞,游泳池算很大而且是溫水的,早餐的餐點味道不錯,樣式很豐富 我們是四人出遊訂一間雙人房,原本是要求加床,住房經理發現我們是四個大人後直接幫我們免費升級成兩間房,讓我們住的舒適,相當的貼心

客房景觀非常棒,員工態度親切,是個適合安安靜靜度假的好地方

詢問兩次問題都回應說要確認一下再回答我，最後都等不到答案 自己攜帶大型泳圈，一個度假飯店卻沒有打氣機，只好自己吹氣 跟大廳講了兩次請幫我叫計程車，第一次直接給我飯店車，雙倍收費，原以為是自己沒表達清楚要的是計程車，第二次就很清楚的表明要計程車，又一次給我飯店車，嚴厲表示要計程車不要飯店車後，居然叫來了私人計程車，還在我們眼前給暗示要收費多少，再次嚴肅表示我要計程車不是私家車後才告知當地計程車要自行走到路上攔，我住你五星飯店不是讓你們把我們當有錢人一直想要繼續從房客身上賺錢...感覺相當差勁，很像被當白癡

I went to Akaryn (former name of this hotel) with my hubby a few years ago. I'm happy to come back to the hotel with my 2 kids this time. The staff are friendly and helpful as before and the hotel is in good condition still. We enjoyed the in-villa swimming pool much. The hotel also gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome back gesture :) would definitely come back again

酒店員工友善，但房間冷氣常有問題，如不夠冷。酒店位置不方便，由大馬路再轉入長長的小路才到達，入夜後沒有街燈時，出入要小心。 酒店沙灘多沙石，不太適合小朋友玩耍，但海岸景觀非常優美，餐廳的pizza亦非常好吃。

The private pool is excellent and the design of the room is a bit wierd. Staff are all nice and helpful. Some area of the hotel is under maintenance but actually not making the stay bad. Good restaurants.

酒店位置比較近機場 離市區都比較遠 但酒店出面有旅行社 服務態度好好 浴缸會漏水 整地也是 轉房情況都是一樣 令人比較失望 泳池私隱度不高

地點方便，房間舒服，房入面嘅細節好貼心，仲有私人海灘，酒店入面超多花草樹木，仲要係唔同品種，個環境好舒服，酒店出面又有得租電單車，PCX先係350匹一日，又平又方便，一定會再去。

Room was fine but there were quite a lot of ants. The food in the restaurant was great. The swimming pool was also very nice.

飯點離島上市集有一段距離，還好每日有free shuttle往返festival central, 另有paid shuttle去fishman's village. 海灘不算很美，不過飯店設施如pool, spa 也不錯。private pool有點葬，另外房内無巾及餐聽無巾都不算很乾净。所有员工都很有善，食物非常好吃

早餐有多種款式即叫即做，晚餐食物都可以接受，不出外在酒店留一整天也可以。房間舒適潔淨，只是房間比較開揚，私密度不高，路過的人可以看見房間的泳池，Villa密度較高一些。整體都是好評。

Location,Even though it takes 15min to chaweng, but u can enjoy a very silent and private area in the hotel. But it takes 15 min to hotel only.. So up to u! Staff is very helpful and nice. Pool is amazing ~ Remember to walk outside the entrance of the hotel , the BBQ chicken, pork and salad Surprised me！

整體酒店非常舒適，房間點左香薰感覺好舒服。性價比好高。服務好，早餐一流。

I had a great secluded stay. The resort pool was not very big but enough for chilling out. The beach that is connected to the resort is quiet, which is suitable to enjoy some downtime. What impressed me was the helpfulness and friendliness of every member of the staff. The room with a private pool is nice for couples romance. I was staying in a room with a plunge pool, which is too small to swim but the overall was a lovely experience. If you are looking for a small, quiet, luxury getaway, Akaryn is a good choice.

Pool Suite空間夠大，樓底超高，感覺良好，房內有ipod及dock，唔鍾意佢d歌可以聽自己iphone既歌！Pool suite的pool屬浸水性質，Pool Villa的池才夠大，浸下水力按摩都唔錯，但pool villa都在近lobby的位置，遠離海灘，反而pool suite近海。自家陽台有sofa有太陽椅有枱有椅，唔鍾意在main pool曬太陽呢度都得，坐下飲下野傾下計都舒服！早餐雖不是全自助，但真係要讚，佢先黎一棟好似high tea咁既三層有芝士、火腿、生果、麵包，之後有餐牌比你揀野食，單是蛋已有近十種整法，試左Spanish Omlete 同Egg Benedict都非常好味，應該唔限只叫一次，因為我們吃完再叫都得，亦可以叫面吃，或者自助乳酪麥片！要彈的是烏英好多！海灘幾靚但太多石不適宜游泳！由大街通往酒店的路黑媽媽沒有街燈，如夜晚不是駕車或坐車就有點不方便，7-11亦在大街上，但上到大街要有食店有按摩店都有段距離，住這裏要自駕才好！整體不錯，會再來！

Beautiful quaint resort. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean and lovely to have your own pool.
