Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:30 - 10:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

• Please be noted that starting from 1st July, 2019 until 31st December 2019, Santorini Park Waterventures (water park) will be closed for renovation and this will affected only if you plan to visit the water park.
• Santorini Park Cha-am (theme Park) will be operating normal business hours.
• Children under 4 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents’ room and bedding stay for free. Extra bed is chargeable. An additional charge for extra bed is THB 800 with breakfast inclusive.
• A deposit of 1,000 THB to cover room damage or lost of the key card issued is required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage or lost of key card to the property.

Hotel lucu banget. Kalau nginep sini, bisa foto2 di lingkungan hotelnya + free masuk ke park nya ( Kalau ga nginep gak bisa yaa), cuma bisa masuk ke park dan bayar fee sendiri. Saya rasa 1 malam saja sudah sangat cukup untuk menginap disini. Hotel bagus dan bersih banget ( saya org yg sangat rewel soal hotel ), tapi sayangnya jauh dari keramaian. 30 menit untuk ke pusat kota hua hin nya. Tapi tenang, disediakan free shuttle kok sama hotel. Ada beberapa tempat yg bisa kita pilih, tapi saya lupa apa saja. saya sendiri pilih ke Bluport mall ( sepii sih tapi okelah untuk hiburan daripada dihotel ) 😂 fasilitas hotel sih cukup lengkap mulai dari Game Room, bicycle room ( gym ), TV di kamar nyambung sama apple tv juga. Breakfast so so aja sih. Park is nothing , hanya cafe lucu ( tapi makanannya enak ) dan beberapa store kecil2. Sekian dulu ya.. happy holiday all!

Stafnya ramah-ramah, sangat membantu pengunjung kalau perlu bantuan. Apalagi tadi malam pulang dari mal. anak-anak sudah tidur, saya dan suami masing-masing gendong anak, stafnya membantu bukakan pintu sampai kita masuk area menginap. Padahal kalau sudah malam harus lewat tangga dulu. Cuma sayang pas kesini kolam renangnya lagi di renovasi. Tadinya mau 2 malam. Jadinya cuma 1 malam saja.

Had a great time. I love the hotel design, its unique, calming, cozy, relaxing surroundings. And you are free to come in/out to theme park whenever you want.

phòng đẹp, khung cảnh khách sạn đẹp. nhân viên nhiệt tình. bữa sáng đầy đủ. có xe đưa đón vào hua hin buổi tối miễn phí. có phòng chơi game (bi-a, bóng bàn,...) phòng tập thể hình. nếu có thêm nhà hàng phục vụ buffet trưa cho cả khách ở và tham quan thì tốt. có thêm dịch vụ di chuyển đến các điểm xung quanh thì tốt

Hotel look like we are in Mediterranean. Free access to Santorini Park it was wonderful. Only thing that limited breakfast choice not buffet style but bread and butter, coffee and tea are all unlimited. There is common room that 24 hours access for drinks. There is kids rooms for your child to enjoy.

Kamarnya sangat bagus, suasananya tenang, nyaman, cocok untuk liburan dan refreshing. Pelayanan mereka sangat luar biasa layaknya menginap di resort, mereka juga memberikan compliment dan dekorasi ultah.

It’s just so so place unlike the picture... not encouraged to try the place also the stay. Breakfast just one meal, Internet not working and so the Apple TV.. they event not provided the toothbrushes.. surely will not comeback here.. in fact I regret it

Waktu menginap cukup sepi, bahkan hanya beberapa kamar aja yang keliatan ada tamunya, sarapannya harus order sehari sebelumnya. Kamar cukup bersih, tetapi WC-nya sempit untuk ukuran kamar deluxe. Waterpark hanya dibuka pada saat weekend, agak mengecewakan krn kami menginap 2 malam.

Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk yang ingin mendapatkan semua fasilitas tanpa harus keluar area hotel, karena di dalam hotel terdapat banyak fasilitas, hiburan, makanan yang bisa tamu coba. Kamar luar biasa nyaman dan memiliki interior yang unik, membuat betah hanya dengan berdiam di kamar. Memiliki banyak tempat foto yang cantik seperti di yunani. Kekurangan dari hotel ini hanya jarak yang sangat jauh dari pusat kota Bangkok dan bandara. Tidak cocok jika hanya ingin meninap sehari disini, karena hanya akan menghabiskan waktu dan ongkos jalan.

this place is awesome, you can spend your whole day just in this area. you have free ticket to go to the theme park. and you also go to the waterpark on weekend (not included). they also have shuttle bus to bring you to some place, such as night market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very nice. I love to stay here and i'll be back.
