The hotel is in a good location, close to everything, the room we stayed in was clean and tidy and smelled good and had direct access to the pool, the staff were super nice, I can really recommend this hotel, the next time we go to Jomtien will stay here again, 5 thumbs out of 5 possible 👍👍👍👍👍😃, see you next time

เรามีแผนกต้อนรับในสถานที่ - กรุณามาเช็คอินหลัง 14.00 น. คุณสามารถฝากกระเป๋าไว้ที่แผนกต้อนรับของเราได้ มีที่จอดรถฟรีห่างจาก Scandia Hotel ที่ตลาด Roomphoo 200 เมตร (ที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่และฟรี) นอกจากนี้ยังมีที่จอดรถฟรีบนถนนหาดจอมเทียน We have reception onsite - please just come to check-in after 2 pm, you can leave your luggage in our reception. There is free parking 200 meters away from Scandia Hotel at the Roomphoo market (Big parking place, and free) their is also free parking on Jomtien Beach road.

We ask our guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the place has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, we merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building/unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only and outside the building area.
Please note that daily price includes water and free electricity 15 KW per day, however, if you open the AC and the doors at the same time we have to charge you for the overused electric on check-out by 10 baht/KW.
If you use the AC for 24 hours a day, it costs about 100 baht /day/AC, using a setting of 24 degrees and assuming hot weather outside.
A THB 1,000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

I'm very happy with the stay. The staff are super kind and the location is close to the beach. I got the room with a separate kitchen and you had enough utensils to cook decent meals. I did buy my own big knife though ✅

Situated in the busy area and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Started out with a pool side room but changed to one of the suites for an extended stay.
The suite was excellent. Plenty of space. Seperate bedroom and living area. Cleaning staff were excellent and the hotel had a good atmosphere about it. Will definitely stay again.

The room size was good and had a small kitchen. Breakfast was just a small sandwich (I had option which one to choose) with a cup of coffee and a glass of sugary drink, not acceptable at all. I checked out early and asked the young receptionist who could speak English how I could go to Bangkok by bus ,She looked at me and said Google it yourself. She didn't seem busy so I was surprised that she didn't want to help one of their guests with a simple request. She allowed me to leave my luggages at the hotel, but didn't want to give me a claim check. There are three three large rooms with sixteen beds in each operated as a hostel under a different name and didn't seem secure at all. So I had to find a secure location on my own for a few hours. The information on the internet wasn't accurate so I spent 2.5 hours to make it to the right terminal. Each time I had to wait 15 minutes for the Grab to show up. To make the long story short customer service is poor at this hotel, at least their receptionist who speaks English doesn't care much. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
