This hotel without a doubt is the best, The staff are amazing ( all are bi and trilingual) this makes things smooth. Golf the Hotel manger is amazing. She addressed every concern and answered all questions. The location is central to in my opinion the entire region . Yu the bar tender can quicly make any drink, The place is great forn a wedding or family getaway

地理位置很好，離芭提雅步行街及碼頭都很近，酒店附近很多食肆供予選擇，夜生活多采多姿！酒店房間設備完善，但泡澡設備差，水壓不夠，水龍頭一開的水都是黃黃的有點可怕，需要等一段時間才能回復正常。酒店員工很友善，整體感覺很好，適合一家大小來渡假。

Very nice hotel by the sea side, room is clean, air conditioning works perfect, bed is comfortable and breakfast is very good. Nice service for check in and check out. Hotel is in the walking street, but not noisy.

少數職員有禮貌同埋有笑容 大多數都係木無表情不會主動同你打招呼 到達酒店沒有職員同你搬行李 房間很多蚊 房門有空隙透光可以由外望到入面 大床天花頂燈位有壁虎屙屎落兩個枕頭上面 清潔執房值得讚許 快靚正 自助早餐芝士盆上有活生生的曱甴爬行 有陣陣臭渠味 泳池好多外國住客在吸煙但係沒有人理會 深夜兩點還聽到外面的音樂聲下次不會再入住。

這是我第二次入住，上次是雙床房，沒什麼大問題！今次單床房！那大木床架超大問題，床架比床褥大很多，高度在2呎左右，10分鐘內連續2⃣️次腳撞到床邊角同一地方！很痛！流了點血！我會在12月再到芭提雅！希望可以改善！

Poor service as I complaint to the reception about the water pressure problem in the shower room and the lighting problem of the top to bed when I'm check in but I found they are no action to send somebody come to repair after half an hour until I call again and push them. In the second day I stay, I have request somebody help to clean up the bath room as the water leakage in the evening, but the reception replied that their staffs already off duty and they only can help to arrange some new towel to me at that moment. When I check out, the hotel staff checking the room and found I have drink one bottle of water in the ice box and ask me to pay, but I never use the ice box. After my explanation, they ask me to declare and write the explanation. Actually I think there is nobody will check how many water and soft drink in the mini bar when check in the room. The experience of the stay make me feel unhappy.

The hotel is right next to the famous walking street, but far from big shopping mall. Very nice environment. The kids loved the pool and the waterslide. The breakfast was good too. If I have to go to Pattaya again, I surely will stay there.

酒店比较旧，房间更老旧，只是还好卫生还可以接受，床上用品不错，早餐一般般，但是大堂的摆设很有情调，酒店整体面积很大，只是就在海边 居然层高就4-5层，很多房间不是海景房 ，很遗憾。酒店2栋建筑物连接出有一个臭水河道真不能接受，每天早餐或者去海边玩都需要经过，太不能接受了，不建议住了。

飯店很漂亮 泳池很好玩 客房服務也不算太貴 員工都非常親切有禮貌 非常溫馨 不過飯店大廳往泳池客房的路上有條大排水溝 會發出臭味 但還算可以忍受 反正經過而已 因為鄰近walking street 所以晚上會有一點點派對音樂的聲音 我是覺得無所謂 容易失眠的要考慮一下 但晚上我們要煮熱水泡咖啡 熱水壺竟然沒有清洗沒有更換 裡面有咖啡色不明液體...通知房務來換 竟然帶回去洗一洗就帶回來了 我看還是一樣的髒...算了 也許是叫我別喝咖啡改喝酒吧 第一天牙刷沒準備 浴缸防滑墊很髒 如果房務清潔能夠加強 我想會讓假期更加的愉快 請一定要改善

飯店很漂亮 泳池很好玩 客房服務也不算太貴 員工都非常親切有禮貌 非常溫馨 不過飯店大廳往泳池客房的路上有條大排水溝 會發出臭味 但還算可以忍受 反正經過而已 因為鄰近walking street 所以晚上會有一點點派對音樂的聲音 我是覺得無所謂 容易失眠的要考慮一下 但晚上我們要煮熱水泡咖啡 熱水壺竟然沒有清洗沒有更換 裡面有咖啡色不明液體...通知房務來換 竟然帶回去洗一洗就帶回來了 我看還是一樣的髒...算了 也許是叫我別喝咖啡改喝酒吧 第一天牙刷沒準備 浴缸防滑墊很髒 如果房務清潔能夠加強 我想會讓假期更加的愉快 請一定要改善

酒店有點舊，房間洗手間水壓唔夠。兩座酒店中間個條明渠真係幾臭。在網上睇留言話到d早餐好好味其實真係好一般……!
