Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
入住/退房時間
Accommodation charges THB 279.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 09:00 - 11:00.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Check-in time from 2 PM
Check-out time at 11 AM or before

• Electricity allowance at 100 units per day (10 baht per unit chargeable in excessive).
• THB 10,000 security deposit in cash required on arrival and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur.
• Cleaning every two night including sweeping the floor, taking out garbage, making up beds, towels change.
• On your departure, if there are any dirty dishes left in the sink, 800 baht will be deducted from your security deposit without prior notice.
• No pet allowed in the villa. If found, 10,000 baht will be collected as fine for professional deep cleaning.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking area is outside by the pool where ash trays are provided. If found, 10,000 baht will be collected as fine for professional deep cleaning.
• Please keep noises in the acceptable level after 22:00 HRS due to the villa is located in private community.
• Please help us to keep the villa clean & good condition for our next guests to enjoy their holiday.
• Please no shoes in the house!
Airport transfer is available for THB 2,300.00/person.
