Fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis! Rymligt rum med bl.a. tvättmaskin, spis, kyl/frys. Rent och modernt. Härligt gym och simbassäng på 18:e våning med magisk utsikt över hamnen.

It's close to the downtown area. A few blocks from the pier and some shopping malls. And this is an apartment type hotel, with a washing machine. I didn't eat the breakfast so I don't really know and can't speak about that. The staff was very professional and the check-in was pretty easy. They also have a courtesy shuttle that'll take you to either the pier or the mall in a couple other places. For free properly, would stay again if i'm in the area.

Good hotel to stay with spacious room. The room is large and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. However the check-in took a while to proceed (not too long) and still need to wait for housekeeping to check room before going in even after 2pm. Looks like all room may not yet be ready.
There is a trolley available but if you come during busy time, you‘ll probably need to carry all bags and luggage by yourself with no trolley unless you want to wait for probably longer than 10-15 mins.
They have soap and shampoo available but I‘d expect shower cap, some sanitary kit but there‘s none of these provided for you.
Overall good, comfy room but the amenities are very limited and average.

Overall it was very pleasant stay, clean, convenient and hospitality from the hotel staffs. In room washer + dryer is a plus point.
Honestly, the breakfast needs significant improvement, totally not appetising with very limited choices and not delicious.

Underrated property due to its location. Rooms are large with a small kitchen, bathroom with tub and a large TV. Dining is limited to breakfast but room service is available. Shuttle service is good to get to the shopping mall or the waterfront. Town is too quiet with not much to do. If you have a car, Pattaya is a half hour drive south.

I used to stay at Oakwood which I loved but now very expensive. I have to say now that the Somerset is as good as The Oakwood and great value for money, it’s now my place to stay when I go to Sri Racha. Well done Somerset
