Our luggages were put under the sun directly for few hours while pending for checkin.
It damaged my luggage’s handles causing by high temperature. The handles were melted. It is suggested cover to be placed over luggage to avoid unexpected damaged.

布吉邁考水花海灘渡假村.環境靚,近海灘,近機埸15分到.水上樂園在旁邊,酒店已包.但入去記得帶毛巾,借lock要錢.有些玩野要另外比錢.如果去房間,有些要坐小車.因有很多座的.及不同類型的房間.去海灘也要坐小車,泳池,週邊環境好靚,近泳池餐廳價錢合理,推薦吃椰子湯超好味.如果家大細,值特推薦酒店.如果坐早機也是方便的.

This is a very good hotel but lack of maintenance and management. The hardware is really good and the hotel environment setting is attracting. However, maybe due to the long lock down period, the hotel has not been catching up with the re-opening pace that most the rooms are not yet re-furbish well for guest to live in. I feel so sad not to see them improving, maybe, to be fair, they have not yet got enough employees to do the jobs yet. I really hope they can catch up soon as I love this hotel that I want to stay here every time I come to Phuket. Please keep up a good effort on it.

We booked a villa with four bedrooms with kitchen through hotel.com. The hotel.com website states the villa is able to accommodate 10 people. We have 9 people finally but the resort charged us an extra person as the resort's policy is only for 8 adults and 2 children but the resort didn't tell when we were check-in. The resort tried to keep our deposit when checking out. The staff told us they informed us this policy in the middle of our stay but we haven't got this message since then. We spent over 30 minutes to discuss this issue with the resort and finally got the deposit back. It was really a bad experience at the end of our stay. Other than that, the golf car around the resort is convenient. The beach pool is nice. The restaurants and massage near the resort are good and easy to access.

其中一部電視壞的
水煲壞的（都好快幫我地換番）
4間房得兩個電話，在廳無電話好唔方便。
個Spa浴池起積，有一粒粒一點點，好唔乾淨。
好多螞蟻及其他小昆蟲。

由機場乘車到酒店只需十五分鐘。酒店很大，到用餐点或酒店泳池或海灘或waterpark都需要乘酒店的buggy車。不過只需透過operator叫車都很方便和快捷。房間有balcony, 很大都有200+呎，雖然浴室比較舊，但都住得舒適。Balcony對着waterpark, 景觀都很好和開揚。因為酒店很近布吉機場，在balcony甚至可以望見飛機起飛。雖然有小小声，我們都不甚介意。不過如果是很“醒瞓” 的話，可能會介意，因為每五分鐘都有飛機起飛，晚上半夜都有。我們可以免費無限次出入waterpark，因剛剛是low season, 入waterpark 的人很少。我們可盡情不用排隊玩，非常爽。雖然waterpark不是很大，但都齊全。地方很乾 淨，食物都不貴。Waterpark 不可以帶水，食物和大毛巾。酒店泳池雖大，但maintenance 麻麻。海灘太大風，不宜游水。海灘点非常近機場外圍，可以近見飛機起飛，是個打card点。早餐choice 不多，都算過得去。晚上用餐点只有一間，水準麻麻。反而room service的食物都ok, 而且不貴，等大約30分鐘。房內沒有satellite tv programme, 選撰很少。Check-in時，房內service有幾種問題，hotel staff都很快解決。Spa service都算ok, 價錢合理。

In general, we enjoyed the Water Park and the beach facilities. The breakfast buffet is acceptable but choices are limited and almost the same everyday.
Gym is not opened 24 hours and it closes at 8PM which is a shame because I believe some guest would love to workout at night.
The hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from city center. It takes around 40mins driving time.
Bad thing about the hotel room is quite old and poorly maintained. The bathroom overhead shower head is very dirty and the bathtub is yellowish & dirty too. The shower head is broken and cannot hold onto the bracket. The balcony door is very heavy and it was hard to close.

Overall it is a very nice villa, however, maybe there were no visitors over the past 3 years, the condition of the room is a bit worn out. We have experienced quite some problems on the filter of the swimming pool, fallen leaves not take care of around the open area and water falling from celing like rain due to block up of air con water tubes. However, our problems were being taken care and fixed almost immediately and everything got solved after their service, I think this is the most important thing we all appreciated. Every service staff is wearing a bright smiling face and are extremely polite when they are doing their job to fix the problems. We are overall very satisfy with this villa as it is very spacious, and the beach is just literally 20 steps from the villa. One thing they can consider is that there should be a larger TV in the living room as it is too big >_< We will definitely come back again.

我們一個家庭入住，帶著7歲及4歲的小孩
住了3晚，方便去機場同有水上樂園，哥哥7歲加了3日水上樂園門票，雖然我們只玩了一次水上樂園，整體水上樂園也不錯，只是太熱了，特別讚賞20/6 在餐廳的經理，話說我的小孩發燒不舒服，不能外出吃早餐，當天職員經理真的很好，也很體貼。

由機場乘車到酒店只需十五分鐘。酒店很大，到用餐点或酒店泳池或海灘或waterpark都需要乘酒店的buggy車。不過只需透過operator叫車都很方便和快捷。房間有balcony, 很大都有200+呎，雖然浴室比較舊，但都住得舒適。Balcony對着waterpark, 景觀都很好和開揚。因為酒店很近布吉機場，在balcony甚至可以望見飛機起飛。雖然有小小声，我們都不甚介意。不過如果是很“醒瞓” 的話，可能會介意，因為每五分鐘都有飛機起飛，晚上半夜都有。我們可以免費無限次出入waterpark，因剛剛是low season, 入waterpark 的人很少。我們可盡情不用排隊玩，非常爽。雖然waterpark不是很大，但都齊全。地方很乾 淨，食物都不貴。Waterpark 不可以帶水，食物和大毛巾。酒店泳池雖大，但maintenance 麻麻。海灘太大風，不宜游水。海灘点非常近機場外圍，可以近見飛機起飛，是個打card点。早餐choice 不多，都算過得去。晚上用餐点只有一間，水準麻麻。反而room service的食物都ok, 而且不貴，等大約30分鐘。房內沒有satellite tv programme, 選撰很少。Check-in時，房內service有幾種問題，hotel staff都很快解決。Spa service都算ok, 價錢合理。

In general, we enjoyed the Water Park and the beach facilities. The breakfast buffet is acceptable but choices are limited and almost the same everyday.
Gym is not opened 24 hours and it closes at 8PM which is a shame because I believe some guest would love to workout at night.
The hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from city center. It takes around 40mins driving time.
Bad thing about the hotel room is quite old and poorly maintained. The bathroom overhead shower head is very dirty and the bathtub is yellowish & dirty too. The shower head is broken and cannot hold onto the bracket. The balcony door is very heavy and it was hard to close.

Overall it is a very nice villa, however, maybe there were no visitors over the past 3 years, the condition of the room is a bit worn out. We have experienced quite some problems on the filter of the swimming pool, fallen leaves not take care of around the open area and water falling from celing like rain due to block up of air con water tubes. However, our problems were being taken care and fixed almost immediately and everything got solved after their service, I think this is the most important thing we all appreciated. Every service staff is wearing a bright smiling face and are extremely polite when they are doing their job to fix the problems. We are overall very satisfy with this villa as it is very spacious, and the beach is just literally 20 steps from the villa. One thing they can consider is that there should be a larger TV in the living room as it is too big >_< We will definitely come back again.

我們一個家庭入住，帶著7歲及4歲的小孩
住了3晚，方便去機場同有水上樂園，哥哥7歲加了3日水上樂園門票，雖然我們只玩了一次水上樂園，整體水上樂園也不錯，只是太熱了，特別讚賞20/6 在餐廳的經理，話說我的小孩發燒不舒服，不能外出吃早餐，當天職員經理真的很好，也很體貼。
