房間乾淨舒服，職員態度有善，雖然早餐款式選擇不算多，但味道可以，

職員有禮貌，細心，酒店設備非常好，值得推薦。

離BTS Thonglor步行8分鐘，飯店也有接駁車可以搭乘。飯店環境舒適，房間內有小廚房、洗烘托三合一，方便舒適。

開車蠻方便的，但酒店不近7-11,如果近會更會更好，房間有洗衣機有微波爐，十分方便

房間很大很寬敞，一切都很日式商務房風格且乾淨，窗戶很大夜景不錯很舒服。早餐好吃，泳池乾淨，一樓櫃檯很可愛，跳舞超級有默契，服務也很親切。缺點是熱水忽冷忽熱，公共浴池位置少且水不夠乾淨，電梯有時候會怪怪的。cp質高的飯店

It’s 16 nights stay for my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary trip. Overall it’s a great suite (high floor corner) we had a very cozy stay.pool is small but view is good, gym is small with basic equipments, the onsen/sauna is ok, however the onsen has disinfectants smell that maybe they put into for cleaning.I didn’t expect some good quality nature onsen there so it’s not bother me. The hotel arranged decoration and cakes for our anniversary which I appreciated a lot. Shuttle small van to BTS Thong lor station is always convenient. Nearby by a lots massage/spa places，cafe, and good quality Michelin recommended restaurants. We enjoy our stay very much. But only problem happened was the first day a male employee sneak into female sauna, my wife was inside sauna and saw that guy standing inside and stared at her. We highlighted the situation to lobby manager and hope she can help check why a male employee can go inside female onsen/sauna without notice. To the end we never get final answer or countermeasure, but we also not try to blame the hotel too much, we don’t wanna ruin the vacation in the hotel. So just remind here be careful if you try to use female sauna/onsen, be sure if the male employee standing at the door won’t sneak into the sauna. Overall the hotel is good so I gave a four stars review.

The location is very good. It is about 10 min walk to the BTS. Also hotel has shuttle bus to BTS station regularly

Good suite hotel in a popular area in Bangkok, rooms are nice and staff are good. Only draw back is breakfast area is a bit crowded but the food are fine.

The overall mark is high. The water temperature of shower was not stable which could be improved.

their staff enter your room using master key in midnight, it is by mistake, but really not acceptable.
