The location of the hotel is very nice, there is a lake opposite the hotel and the beach is not so far away. The staffs are very nice and helpful, we've been upgraded to a Ocean View room and also had a special room decoration, a cake and a card for our wedding anniversary. It's a lovely stay.

we stayed at Sunsuri Resort for 4 nights, 2 nights at superior room and the other two nights at pool villa with lake view. Rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are large and comfy in both room types. The private pool is surprisingly arger than expected and the view is great with privacy. The swimming pool is perfect with various types of pools. It is the largest among all hotels that I have ever stayed. I'll stay here again when I visit Phuket.

非常棒的旅館，服務也超好，游泳池很大，適合帶小朋友去。唯一美中不足的是離市中心太遠太遠了。如果要留著享受旅館設施或是只有去附近的Naiharn 海灘還是非常值得推薦的。

位於寧靜的奈漢沙灘, 不像巴東熱鬧, 但也距離機場或一些景點比較遙遠, 若要到普吉島其他地區一定要避開交通顛峰時段!
可拿卡去換毛巾使用游泳池或去沙灘. 距離沙灘有一些距離但每個鐘頭有免費接駁車.
也有接駁車去巴東與普吉鎮但須事先預約. (付費)
大廳有專門幫忙預約tour行程的櫃, 價錢算合理.
員工親切有禮, 早餐有多元選擇, 房間大, 乾淨且舒適.
美中不足的地方是, 上下需要走樓梯, 對行動不便者可能會有點麻煩,
此外, 在check-in時迎賓人員提到snack bar上面可以選擇2份點心免費,
但不知道為什麼後來卻變成要收費了.
雖然沒有很多錢但覺得印像不是很好, 或許在溝通上有些許誤差.

由酒店只需步行5-10分鐘便可到達奈漢海灘，海灘適合游泳，海灘傍邊有餐廳，按摩及小商店。餐廳價錢合理味道好。
奈漢海灘區是個休閒度假好地方。下次還會選擇這酒店。

The core of hotel built with exceptional quality; fine details taken. However, as you stayed, you will find something not upto international standard. The distance of the tv to the bed was too far out; or the food was not fresh. The drinks mixed great; the swimming pool clean. If you have small kids, they will be taken care of with service of game rooms and baby rooms where caretakers will look after until 10 p.m. Nightshift reception service was very poor (we had poor encounters twiced and reported the front desk manager), be alert of plenty of walking and staffs telling you to walk and take the stairs; there's elevators, but they could go down and you will walk very steep hill if cart trolley are not provided due to short staffs (especially at wierd hours at night). No housekeeping at after 11 p.m..
For room, it was cleaned, but we found a baby toy underneath the mattress as we tried to pickup a key card while it slipped beneath the bed. Overall, it's very good and cleaned.
The hotel is close to the beach of 10 minutes walk, so it's in a good location, bicycles are ride free for 2 hours and then after for a small fee per hour.
