Did not use the pool or spa

Property was lovely and lush and beautiful. The pool was also nice although a bit cool. We were there on a Monday night and there was nowhere to eat in the area within walking distance. There was an issue with hot water but to be fair we didn’t call the front desk to get it fixed. Staff were very helpful and tried to be even more so even when there was a language barrier. Breakfast was a nice touch. It was very quiet when we were there with just a few other rooms occupied.

The room was spacious, clean, and the a/c was cold. It is a little out of the way, so you will need transportation since there is nothing close.

Trevligt läge med en vacker liten tropisk park vid entrén. En receptionist som inte hälsar sina gäster välkomna ger inget bra första intryck. Hon tog kopia på våra pass och räckte fram en frukostmeny med bilder. Där visade en korv och ett stekt ägg och en rostad brödskiva. Till detta kaffe och ett glas juice. Denna spartanska frukost ingick inte i rumskostnaden utan tillägg på 250THB/Person. Fanns ingen restaurang på hotellet men med bil kan man hitta massor av bra restauranger. Annars var poolen fin men poolbaren där man kan sitta i vattnet och få en drink eller öl var stängd och tom, har nog inte använts på några år skvallrade den flagnande takfärgen över poolbaren om. Samlade intrycket. Frukosten var inte värd priset med tanke på rummet kostade 850 SEK borde åtminstone frukost om än spartansk ingå, bättre äta ute på stan. Vi åt på Penang Steak House och det var mycket bra. Rummen annars i hyfsat skick och alla hade en balkong eller uteplats. Städningen inga anmärkningar.

There were few guests staying but the reception and staff attention was very good. Our room was very comfortable. We have stayed before and were very happy to return. The hotel resort is well out of town and there are no nearby restaurants. The pool was very inviting. We like this property as it is relatively close to friends. As for the last visit there is a musty smell when you enter the room for the first time. It does NOT indicate any dampness nor an unclean room. The room facilities and condition are excellent.

Located on the outskirts of Phitsanulok so only convenient if you have a car. The hotel grounds are nice with a lush garden that contrasts with the very uninspiring surroundings dominated by major roads. At first sight the place looks very nice, however many things are not well maintained and from the outside it seems like some rooms are in too bad a shape to be rented out. During the night we stayed we were almost the only guests at the entire place, giving it a rather odd atmosphere. The staff were friendly. The American breakfast was made to order and tasty. However we lacked some greens and asked for some salad which they were happy to provide for us.

Escogi este hotel durante un largo viaje por Thailandia. Llegue al anochecer encontrando una espaciosa habitación extremadamente limpia con cuarto de baño con albornoces y zapatillas así como sus correspondientes toallas. Hice uso de la piscina la cual estaba muy bien.El desayuno lo servian en un comedor tras pedir lo que querias a la camarera ( no era buffet). El café era de cafetera expres ( el primero y ultimo así en un hotel durante todo este viaje) no el típico café americano.La ubicación era lejana al centro pero como era llegar, dormir, desayunar y regresar a la carretera me daba igual. Todo el complejo estaba rodeado de abundante y cuidada vegetación.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß u.sauber, Hotelanlage toll im Regenwaldstil und Alles im super Zustand. Das Zimmer hatte ich nur für eine Nacht. für mehr gibt die Umgebung auch nicht her. Die Lage des Hoels ist schlecht direkt an dem Ausbau der Hauptstraße, dadurch viel Staub NOCH nicht viel Verkerhrslärm,kommt Garantiert.Hatte mühe am Abend ein gutes Restaurant zu finden. Personal war nur kurz angebunden wenig hilfreich.

It was a great time staying at this hotel even there is nothing much to do in the hotel except swimming. The services at breakfast was good. But one comment is that the hotel should not charge the 3rd person even my kid is just 4 years old. The hotel is still new, likely less than 2 years old. But the room condition is not really new, e.g. when you walk into the room, I feel that tiles in the room were not fully attached to the floor. This really need repair.

Neues Hotel mit tollem Garten, Zimmer auch sehr schön,... aber .... das Potenzial des Hotels wird dem Gast verwehrt. Durchfall nach Frühstück, Fernseher geht nicht, Zimmersafe nicht verschraubt (Achtung jeder kann diesen mitnehmen). Staff bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen teilnahmslos. Wir hatten den Eindruck der Gast stört irgendwie bei anderen Beschäftigungen des Personals. Das Hotel gehört aus meiner Sicht zu den vielen Hotels in Thailand, die enormes Potenzial haben aber innerhalb kürzester Zeit wegen schlechtem Management total runtergewirtschaftet werden. Leider.

โรงแรมสวยมากค่ะ ต้นไม้เยอะมาก ทั้งที่พิษณุโลกร้อนสุดๆ แต่อยู่ในโรงแรมแล้วไม่อยากออกไปไหน เป็นโรงแรมที่เหมาะเป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนได้ดีจริงๆ ค่ะ ได้ยินเสียงน้ำตก มีโต๊ะให้นั่งในสวนผ่อนคลาย แฟนเราทำงานออนไลน์ เอาโน้ตบุ๊คไปนั่งทำงาน ส่วนเราอ่านหนังสือที่ทางโรงแรมมีให้ทุกจุด มีหนังสือให้ยืมกลับไปอ่านในห้องพักด้วยค่ะ เพลินมากๆ ตอนค่ำๆ ที่ไปว่ายน้ำมองเห็นดาวระยิบระยับเต็มท้องฟ้า(วันนั้นฟ้าโปร่งนะคะ ใครไปวันฝนตกมองไม่เห็นอย่าว่ากันน้าาา) คราวหน้าจะไปลองสปานะคะ อยากนวดตัวนวดเท้าผ่อนคลาย อีกสองสามเดือนเจอกันค่าา ปล.ห้องพักกว้างมากๆ เตียงนอนสบาย ปูเตียงหลายชั้นแบบที่โรงแรมควรจะเป็น ยังมีแค่ wifi ในห้องที่สัญญาณอ่อน อยากให้เพิ่ม Lan เข้ามาก็ดีค่ะ

โดยรวมแล้วก็ใช้ได้ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ใหม่ อาคารไม่สูง สบายตา แต่ไกลจากตัวเมืองไปหน่อย ถนนด้านหน้ามีการก่อสร้างขยายถนนอยู่ อาหารเช้าธรรมดาเลือกสั่ง

Hotel war nahe zum Busbahnhof, den ich am nächsten Tag brauchte. Allerdings doch etwas schwierig zu finden vom Flughafen

Value for your money, Brand new hotel and spa place with large bed and bathrooms with modern decor. Outside and surrounding designed with natural forest, waterfalls and streams. Was there for overnight trip had a great sleep and complimentary american breakfast was excellent. The place brand spanking new still light on occupancy while small details need work, but overall great experience. Staffs were very helpful and open to suggestions and comments, so this place should be the destination hotel in the near future.

Excellent, friendly staff. Rooms are huge and modern.Pool is set in very nice grounds and open until late. Spa was still under construction but not an issue for us. No restaurants nearby without car. But hotel does nice Thai food. Would recommend for those who prefer quiet quality spa type experience.

comme deja dit en anglais: vaut au mieux deux etoiles et encore. la partie spa ne sais pas comment fonctionne un spa, pendant mon massage d'autres gens entrent et s'installent sans mot d'explications, la masseuse passe du temps au telephone, le tout trop chere en tout, une tres mauvaise experience.
