住宿位置因為鄰近機場，飛機起飛時的聲響較大，不過習慣就好，對我不造成影響。從飯店步行出去就有很多餐飲店或攤販，挺方便的。游泳池的清潔再加強一下會更好。飯店員工非常友善，若有問題都很樂意幫忙解決，感覺很好。整體來說，很滿意這次的住宿體驗。

Reception staff welcomed us warmly and made us feeling back home. Although not a buffet breakfast, but many kinds of foods provided to order and delicious. The hotel also provided free shuttle bus to airport. We stayed the hotel two nights. No plane noise in the midnight even near the airport. We really loved to stay here and will come back again.

被安排在了一間位於地下的房間，房間上面是游泳池。房間的隔音效果不好，第一晚一直有流水的聲音，不過第二晚就沒有了。另外，可能酒店位置較偏僻，房間裏竟然有昆蟲，蚊子也比較多。
說完缺點再來說說優點吧。首先泰國人都很熱情純樸，讓人感到親切。酒店提供的早餐很好吃，尤其是炒金邊粉和咖喱雞，真心美味！
總的來說，房間的舒適度有待提高，1樓的房間都不推薦入住，但是酒店的服務態度不錯。

環境不錯，入住的是三樓池景的房間，整體來說這價錢CP值很高。門口接待的服務員很禮貌友善。如果下次有機會再到清邁，也會選擇這酒店，并且試下pool access的房間！
位置可能是比較不方便，走路出去還是可以走到有美食的地方，慢慢走也可以走到maya mall。 前台可以幫忙租摩托車，300baht 起一天，預訂後30分鐘左右會有人把摩托車送到酒店門口。在門口用grab找車子換酒店，馬上便有車。清邁市區很小，而本我比較喜歡寧曼路，maya，南門夜市那邊，所以基本上并沒有覺得這家酒店很偏。

訂戶前已知道位置較偏僻，由大街步行到酒店有幾分鐘路程，沿途會經過住宅區，所以也算安全。整體環境和設施都令人滿意，可享受休閒養生生活。
只是訂了最高價的池畔房間，卻在很多空房間下仍分配到最偏遠的房間，沒有景觀，也因太偏遠而接收不到WiFi訊號，提出換房間要求，卻要另加費用，所以在這種不太高興的心情下住了三天，後來發現有很多同類房間都空出來，卻不願意提供改善的服務。
此外，在退房時因為有一條毛巾染了生果顏色，聲稱不能清潔，要收十多美元費用，結果我要親自回到房間，在服務員面前洗乾淨了毛巾，事情才能解決。
所以整體來說覺得這酒店很喜歡以金錢來解決問題，更太斤斤計較，並不以滿足客人為先。

Don't like the walls inside the room at all.
No sunshine reach the Ground Floor rooms. Not recommended to stay in this type of room.
Swimming pool is clean and spacious.
There is no spa existed.
Surrounding area of this hotel is not pretty.
No complimentary bus to Maya Shopping Centre. Have to pay Baht 50 per person per way.
Open shower design made water spilling all over the toilet floor.
Breakfast is acceptable.
