Very good experience staying in the hotel. The team from old city hotel provided unforgettable service to us. Bell boy was smart, front desk staff were pretty and professional, staff from the restaurant are perfect, always giving us a big smile, the room inside is exactly the same with the pictures, room is clean, big, strong air-conditioning, excellent speakers, free wifi, the bed is big and comfortable. We will definitely come back to the hotel from next vacation in chaing mai!!!

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially hotel's driver, Chay, who assisted us to find a local Thai food at the market. Sorry I forget the name of the Thai food that it is good for health !!!!
Location of the hotel is very convenience to the old town area (Food Market, Sunday Night Market ……. Hotel also provided a free shuttle service to those heat points. Make sure you book it first at your convenience. Next time to Chiang Mai must stay this hotel -- The Chiang Mai Old Town Hotel.

非常貼心的飯店，不是很大，但是我們很喜歡。適合帶小朋友的家庭，一家四口也可以住的舒適。飯店還有提供接駁車到夜市，雖需事先預定，但是由於飯店是新開的（2019/4），還沒有很多人入住。所以對我們來說非常方便。 check out 當天，老公忘了拿自己的背包，飯店竟然派車子送到我們的新飯店，實在是太貼心了。另外，我們其中一天預訂的行程是早上6:30，飯店也是為了我們提前準備好早餐，讓我們外帶。唯一小小美中不足的是，我們的套房靠近馬路，如果對聲音敏感的人，可能會覺得有點吵。 我平常自備耳塞，所以倒是沒有什麼問題。床很好睡，水壓也很好。 非常喜歡。十分推薦

朝食はビュッフェの他にメイン料理をたくさんの種類から選べるのが良かった。
昼間、フロントロビーで毎日種類が変わるサンドウィッチやプチケーキを食べられるのが良かった。

We loved our stay! Stayed in Chiang Mai for a couple nights and wished we stayed here longer. The staff wait on you and make sure you have every need met. They are kind and helpful. Even for example, we were in the pool and a staff walked over and turned on the jets for us to enjoy. Highly recommend getting the breakfast included option because you get to dine at their high end restaurant each morning from 7am - 10:30am with unlimited a la carte meals and drinks! So yummy! Reception always has free snacks, drinks, and desserts from the restaurant as well. Highly recommend! Worth the money! The room had Bluetooth surround sound speakers, balcony, and other great features.
