Clean and tidy, excellent staff, highly recommended

Staff are all nice and helpful, resort itself is nice. We booked the pool access and jacuzzi villa which was perfect; except many mosquito outside the jacuzzi area. We told the staff there are mosquito in our room and they sent mosquito spray to us immediately. Overall is good.

It is very quiet for enjoying your holiday. It provides shuttle bus to outside for shopping and dinning. But the return time is 1830 only. I like it the most is providing a free waiting room for waiting your fight. It is comfortable!

較偏遠，入住後不願外出。 設備較古老，不似新建的酒店。 房間設備完善，清潔的。 全酒店被泳池包圍，泳池水也清澈，沒有小孩出沒， 挺享受的！ 但餐廳員工不太專業，常出錯的！食物質素也一般！

Après un très bon sejour en septembre 2022 , j'ai décidé de revenir au Haven en 2025 ....quelle déception !!!! Les chambres sont au bout de leur vie, vraiment à rafraîchir car indigne d'un 5 étoiles..... humidité, moisissures, vitres sales y compris dans la douche, cafards que j'ai tué avec ce que j'avais sous la main ( déo) ...... Le personnel du restaurant pas à la hauteur, notamment une personne qui c'est arrêté de s'occuper de nous , car je ne connaissais pas par cœur mon numéro de chambre, qui a manifesté son mécontentement ( c'est rare en Thaïlande 🙏 , je vis à BKK depuis 4 ans ).... elle se reconnaîtra Je tiens à féliciter la personne de la conciergerie qui a été parfaite, elle se reconnaîtra également.... Vraiment déçu

Prinzipiell schöne Anlage bzw. schön gedacht, aber etwas lieblos erhalten. Das sieht nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Fotos. Essen ist okay, viel Auswahl aber qualitativ mittelmäßig.

Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools. The onsite restaurant menu is average and the food similar most nights the restaurant was very quiet as people ate out elsewhere. We had a pool access room which was nice. Overall would we stay there again 50/50 on that.

The property is in a superb location on a deserted beach, sunsets are stunning and the saltwater pool is very impressive. Great breakfast with a great egg station and good array of options. Swim up bar and snack bar with a nice restaurant for the evening. Also good fitness room and a wonderful Spa, would recommend the couples massage experience.

Best place to stay and will definitely come back. Love the quiet place and stay was very friendly and accommodating. Beach was breathtaking.

The staff were courteous, approachable and welcoming. They promptly attended to one's needs. The property was well-kept and clean. The food was always tops, including the breakfast buffet which was quite varied. All in all a wonderful and enjoyable stay!

Amazing hotel, amazing location and amazing staff. The breakfast was hot and varied every day and the staff could not do enough to make the stay relaxing and stress free. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure

Ich war für 2 Nächte im The Haven und hatte die einfachste Zimmer-Kategorie mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hatte allerdings wenig asiatischen Flair. Wenn man zu zweit kommt findet man leider gar keinen Platz, um seinen Koffer auszupacken. Auch ich habe es für 2 Tage nicht gemacht, da im Schrank eigentlich kein Platz war. Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Balkon, der nur ein wenig überdacht ist. Ich hatte einen Regentag, an dem man somit auch nicht draußen auf dem Balkon sitzen konnte. Sehr angenehm war jedoch das große Bett mit einer sehr guten Matratze, worauf man sehr gut schlafen konnte. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, aber was es gab war ganz gut. Ebenso die Cocktails an der Poolbar. Der Check-In war sehr professionell. Ebenso war der Service beim Frühstück und an der Poolbar sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig im Nirgendwo, aber man kann in gut 10 Minuten 2 Restaurants erreichen. Vom Hotel aus überquert man eine Sandpiste und befindet sich am unberührten Strand. Es gibt eine riesige und wohl einzigartige Poolanlage in Khao Lak. Allerdings ist der Bereich der Liegen sehr überschaubar und sehr gedrängt. Für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre es mir wirklich zu eng gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für das gebuchte Zimmer war unschlagbar. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch unbedingt, ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang zu buchen.

The cleaning and food are really good. The pool is huge but needs some loving care when it comes to repairing mosaics and automatics for bubbles/jets. The gym has all that you need. The spa could have been a little more private so that you didn’t overhear neighboring guests. The bartenders William, Anim and Ginge made our time in the pool bar a blast while providing perfect service.

로비와 조식당에 에어컨이 없어 체크인부터 정말 더웠어요 호텔 직원들은 작은 서비스에도 팁을 달라고 요구하고 체크인 객실위치 알려준 직원도 팁을 요구하더군요 막상 안내해야할 보증금 부분은 설명하지도 않아서 풀 사이드 바에서 음료 결제하는데 보증금 시스템을 나중에서야 알고 호텔 내에서 간단한 식음료 결제하는데 불편함이 있었습니다 객실 정비를 오후 너무 늦은 시간에 해줘서 수건좀 갈아달라고 두번 전화하는 과정에서 전화받는 직원이랑 싸웠네요ㅋ 해외여행중 호텔 직원과 영어로 싸운건 또 처음이네요 태도가 정말 무례했습니다 호텔 내 다른 스탭들도 모두 불친절하고 일도 엉망으로 하던데 기대가 컷던 탓인지 자꾸 실망하는 바람에 기분 상하지 않으려고 노력하며 지내야했어요 객실 상태는 전반적으로 넓고 쾌적합니다 테라스도 있어 빨래 널어놓을 수 있었고 무엇보다 수영장이 어른전용이라 아주 깊었습니다 까치발 들고도 목까지 잠겨서 수영할 맛이 나더라구요 호텔 수영장이 정말 근사하고 길이도 길고 해수욕장 바다를 바라보는 뷰여서 휴양지 다운 시간 보냈습니다 직원들만 잘 피해다니면 호텔 자체는 좋아요 근데 두번은 안갈것 같아요 근처 비슷한 수준의 다른 호텔도 많으니까요

Schöne riesige Poollandschaft. Zimmer mit direkten Poolzugang definitiv empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Schön wäre eine Padkaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer gewesen und wenn der kostenlose Shuttlebus vom Hotel in die Stadt öfters fahren würde.
