ข้อดี : เหมาะสมกับราคา ไปพัก 10 คน / ห้องนอนใหญ่ นอนสบาย เตียงดี ข้อเสีย : ห้องน้ำล็อคประตูไม่ได้ ไม่มีน้ำอุ่น ชั้น 3 น้ำไหลไม่แรง / สถานที่อยู่ในซอยลึก ที่จอดรถจอดได้ 1 คัน นอกนั้นต้องจอดริมถนน ซอยเล็กมาก / บนดาดฟ้า เอาท์ดอร์ สกปรกมาก ไม่เหมือนในรูปเลย เฟอร์นิเจอร์ทรุดโทรมและพัง อ่างจากุชชี่มีน้ำขัง สกปรก / ควรซื้อของเข้าไปทานเลย เพราะออกมาร้านสะดวกซื้อไกลอยู่มาก **ต้องเสียค่าทำความสะอาด 500 บาท ตอนเช็คอิน ซึ่งในรายละเอียดไม่มีบอกว่าต้องเสียเพิ่ม**
