It was a very lovely hotel, and we used it mainly as a safe spot to store our belongings rather than stay there for the day. Accessible to Krabi Town and easy to get to beaches for island hopping. We didn’t have breakfast there as we preferred to eat in town. Pool was also super busy, but it’s better to go take a boat to a local beach near by.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem with them. I had an issue with the shower, I informed reception and within 5 minutes the maintenance were there and fixed the shower straight away. There is a free courtesy bus which took me to Ao nang, and picked me up later in the day. The coffee machine delivers free coffee and it is delicious. The hotel itself is an older one, but well maintained and I really liked it. I particularly liked the swimming pool, which had plenty of sun loungers. There's a 7-11 almost next door, and some very good restaurants nearby. The bed was firmer than I liked, but I still had a good sleep. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room nice and cool. The black out curtains were full length and kept out any form of lighting of a night. There's a decent sized balcony which could have done with a couple of chairs and a small table, for the morning coffee. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I have would definitely recommend it to anyone.

L’odeur de la chambre : transpiration, la personne en charge vient et ne sent aucune odeur. Nous bénéficions toutefois d’un surclassement sans augmentation de tarif avec une personne adorable de l’accueil ( une autre personne de l’accueil a tenté de nier et a un comportement exécrable a une drôle de manière de s’exprimer pour quelqu’un au service du client. Les rideaux ne sont pas totalement occultants cela nous a gêné. Enfin, l’isolation phonique n’est franchement pas une réussite mais nous ne pouvons pas imputer le désordre créé par les clients voisins en terme de bruit, nous avons dû faire appel à la réception tellement les clients hurlaient dans leur chambre d’à coté. Le personnel du ménage mérite d’être salué, elles font un travail minutieux. Il est à noter qu’il y a un message dans les chambres disant de ne pas jeter le papier toilette dans les WC car le réseau sanitaire serait sensible en Thaïlande hors c’est le seul hôtel dans lequel nous avons vu ce message. A noter aussi que 150 Bahts sont demandés pour 1 kilo de lessive, je trouve cela exagéré. Autre point mais positif cette fois, présence d’un 7 eleven juste à côté, Mr Tart et d’excellents endroits où se restaurer sans avoir à prendre de taxi. Du bon et du mauvais durant ces 5 jours. Mais nous n’y retournerions pas si nous devions passer dans cette région à nouveau.

Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du cadre environnant très agréable, la chambre était propre, la literie plutôt bien tout comme la salle de bain. Quelques défauts de finition mais rien qui ne gâche un séjour. En revanche un réel point négatif : l’insonorisation qui est inexistante, surtout avec la chambre voisine car ce sont des chambres jumelles. Il faudrait réellement améliorer ce point.

Stayed 4 nights. Staff was good. But they forgot towels when cleaning our room one day. Breakfast selections weren’t great. Definitely not worth the price. We were only allowed one key, which was inconvenient as we had separate activities planned for part of the time. Heard a lot of noise and banging through the night. They almost forgot to return some of our laundry until the morning of check out. And we were not allowed to use the tub for baths, but from the look of it, I’m not sure I would want to. Overall, we don’t think we would stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights. Staff was good. But they forgot towels when cleaning our room one day. Breakfast selections weren’t great. Definitely not worth the price. We were only allowed one key, which was inconvenient as we had separate activities planned for part of the time. Heard a lot of noise and banging through the night. They almost forgot to return some of our laundry until the morning of check out. And we were not allowed to use the tub for baths, but from the look of it, I’m not sure I would want to. Overall, we don’t think we would stay here again.
