Pros: Very big room with kitchen and washroom. See through window to shower area (if you like that stuff). Lot of options for food in the area, Mcdonalds, Starbucks just across the street in the mall. Local market 2 minutes walk if you want to experience actual local market. WiFi was excellent with router right in the room. Cons: Con only if you are mainly there to explorer walking street area. A fair bit of walk from all the action.

ห้องพักโอเคแต่ไม่มีที่จอดรถเลย ต้องจอดข้างถนน พนักงานเหมือนไม่ค่อยอยากจะช่วยเหลือ โทรถามหลายครั้งก้ได้คำตอบไม่ชัดเจน กว่าจะหาจอดเองได้ วันเช็คเอ้าท์ต้องเป็นคนโทรตามพนักงานมาเองให้มาเช็คเอ้าท์ งงมาก แจ้งว่าฝนตกมาไม่ได้ แต่ความจริงต้องมีคนประจำอยู่ที่ลอบบี้ตลอดรึป่าวคะ วันเช้กเอาท์กลับกรุงเทพ ลืมกระเป๋าไว้ที่ลอบบี้ ขับรถกินข้าวอยู่ในพัทยาตั้งสองชั่วโมงไม่โทรแจ้งหรือช่วยเหลือใดๆ จนขับขึ้นทางด่วนมา จะถึงกรุงเทพ โทรกลับไป แจ้งกลับมาว่าลูกค้าเป็นคนลืมเองจะให้ทำยังไง เราไม่ได้เช็คข้อมูลค่ะ ไม่รู้ว่าของลูกค้าท่านไหน แต่ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ คือมีลูกค้าแค่สองห้องนะคะ และเราจ่ายค่าที่พักไม่ได้อยู่ฟรี น่าจะใส่ใจมากกว่านี้ เข้าใจว่าลืมเอง แต่customer service ของพนักงานน่าจะดีกว่านี้ ขอบคุณค่ะ

The service was great, big room and fully equipped. The air conditioner had the loud noise while working caused a hard time to fall in sleep. The receptionist we met first was very nice and helpful when the other we met in the morning doesn’t want to communicate when we asked for the bus station. Generally nice place half way through and went off at the half time left.

Ini bukan hotel tapi apartemen yang menyenangkan ada dapur sendiri kita bisa memasak sendiri di sini kalau selera kita tidak cocok dengan masakan lugar. Ya sayang sekali di sini tidak ada laundry kira harus keluar dari hotel untuk mencuci pakaian ketempat lain. Tapi saya tidak masalah.

Resepsionis tidak bisa bahasa inggris, dan pelayanan sangat buruk, 1 hari kamar saya tidak dibersihkan, alasannya cleaning service tidak datang. Terus masuk ke hotel pas melewati lobby bau sekali karena melewati toilet. tidak ada lift. Di tanggal 7 saya mau melanjutkan kamar dengan bayar langsung di hotel. Setelah saya sudah deal bayar dengan resepsionis. Terus manajernya bilang harganya tidak segitu, padahal saya sudah ada bukti pembayaran. harganya melambung tinggi. The manager is not good attitude and not responsible. The resepsionist is not profesional. Akhirnya saya check-out tanggal 7, air panas (shower) kadang panas kadang tiba-tiba dingin. Terus ada serangga besar di kamar. Saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini buat para traveler. Hanya kelihatannya bagus tapi banyak yang kurang. Saya tidak akan kembali lagi ke hotel ini (apartment), semoga berguna kepada pembaca. Bila perlu saya tidak kasih bintang kalau ada pilihan. Sangat mengecewakan.

Lobby so small but very clean and the room very nice and big.no breakfast. Recomended. Near to walking street (walking 8 minute) and if u want go to the beach use public transportation (song teu maybe the car name) only 10 baht/person.
