我住7號屋，入去時，好多蚊屍，水好弱。
同counter 同事講，他們會立即處理，甚至即刻換泵改善水壓，十分認真👍
但屋有點舊，地方有點偏僻，職員是好，但改變不了事實。
職員已經盡最大努力，提供最好的服務。

廚房煑食用具不齊全，冇筷子、煑食爐四個其中一個用唔到。全部五個浴室熱水爐溫度熱水一係過熱，一係全凍水。飲用水機凍水壞咗！

要稱讚酒店的清潔度非常好，每天都有執房及清潔，非常細心。但缺點是它登出的地址於我實際住的房屋相差十五分鐘車程，有些欺騙的感覺。而我亦跟著指示24小時與酒店聯絡取房屋的位置，但她們直到我扺達酒店前枱時還沒有發電郵給我，幸運是我在她們辨工時間（18：00前）內到check in,否則真是有些麻煩，不知如果能到達我要入住的房屋。而它游池內的壁燈跌了出來，令到我女兒割傷了腳掌，這點酒店真是要多加注意。

裝修設施廚具都很舊, 每天有清潔執房換毛巾, 床舖乾淨整潔, 有一間房的冷氣壞了且多蚊, 幸好第二天修復好, 有蚊網穿破了請維修!

We booked for a 1 bedroom private pool villa for two days. Room was clean however there were so many cockroaches, ants and mosquitoes at night. I understand this was because of natural but still a little bit scared at night. Staff were nice and attitude was good. We stayed for two days, on the second day when we go out, a housekeeping lady approached us for cleaning our room. However when we back to our room, we discovered that our room was not be locked. Anyone can go inside our room. Fortunately we didn’t lost anything. But the security problem were highly recommended to improved.

I was forced to upgrade my room from two-bedroom house to three-bedroom house, paying 1000 thai dollars more when I checked in, this was due to the fact that the website didn't state clearly enough and the staff of this website was unable to help solve the problem as well.
On the other hand, the rooms are quite clean except the fact that there are MANY MANY cockroaches and spiders around the house at night and inside the private pool, making us impossible to swim in the pool.
When checking out, the staff accused us for drinking a can of soda water but in fact we didn't.
Overall, this villa is too far from the city centre. There are rarely any convenience stores nearby. It would be best if you can drive your own car. Otherwise, you need to ride a taxi.
