TUI BLUE The Passage

飯店海景很漂亮，不過晚上蚊子很多，早上餐廳蒼蠅也很多。比較困擾的是：浴室水很小，而且忽冷忽熱的，還有房間礦泉水只給兩罐，根本不夠喝，需要水的話，飯店一瓶賣40元。另外，wifi從我們住的第一天晚上就無法連線，隔天早上到櫃檯詢問說會給登錄名稱和密碼也沒給，一直到下午，再到櫃檯詢問，才給了一組密碼。

Not very good setting because hotel only give one key

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and was satisfied by its proximity to a managed beach with beautiful scene of Antong islands. We played kayaking (free of charge) near the beach and the water was crystal clear and cool. The setting of the pool and pool-side restaurant are comfortable to use. This hotel is generous to provide executive invited complimentary drinks (as much as you can drink) on every friday night. The size of the room is smaller than expected with not very luxurious toilet bathroom though it was comfortable. The spa service is an average but the price is a bargain as we were given a promotional offer. One drawback is the hotel management, especially the billing. Guests are advice to check their bill twice before paying.

Friendly staff, great food, nice rooms, and lovely view of the sea. I could just stay in the resort all day and not go out and explore. My wife loved chilling on the hammock on the beach with a coconut. You can also walk really far out on to the shallow sandbars when it's low tied. Love this place, and would definitely stay here again if I ever revisited Samui.

距離機場要半個小時的車程 交通上比較麻煩一點 飯店的人員 很親切 食物和調酒水準就差了一點 有一個很漂亮的游泳池 飯店的清潔度也很不錯

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

非常寜靜的洒店，非常適合渡假，但需要租車出入，地點在四季酒店旁邊

The hotel is quite and relax, the room is big enough and the wifi connection is good at everywhere inside the hotel. The facilities are well equipped with three swimming pools having nice view. They provided shuttle bus transfer to chaweng beach as well. The only point that the hotel is a little bit far away from the town, the nearest going to nathon by motorbike using around 15-30 mins, if for non driver this would cause a problem.

雖然只停留一晚，但是整體感受很好！這次請飯店協助我們舉行一個小型婚宴，飯店經理盡心盡力的精心佈置，讓我們倍感貼心！

酒店舒適，泳池望沙灘景靚，尤其黃昏時段，可見日落！房間整潔，乾淨！但地點距離機場較遠，大約車程要40分鐘，酒店附近什麼都沒有！而且我是honey moon 去，book 房時已說明，但是什麼都沒有！這點極不滿！

Rooms are cleaned, amenities are nice & comfortable. Staff very well trained, some were a bit pushy, but overall very kind.

Wir hatten die Pool Access Villa, die war wirklich toll, mit eigener Liege vor dem Zimmer zum Pool. Die Villa war super ausgestattet und lud zum wohlfühlen ein. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein lächeln parat. Das was uns ein wenig gestört hat, der Strand hat uns nicht wirklich gefallen, da gibt es wesentlich schönere auf Koh Samui. Die Massagen im Spa waren wirklich gut, leider aber doppelt so teuer wie am Strand oder in den Massage-Läden, das ist nicht in jedem Hotel so, aber aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage des Hotels musste man entweder das Spa Angebot nehmen oder einen weiteren Weg in Kauf nehmen für eine günstigere Massage. Es empfiehlt sich einen Roller oder Auto zu mieten, da wie bereits geschrieben das Hotel sehr abgeschieden liegt (was wirklich schön und ruhig war) um zum Essen oder einkaufen zu gelangen.

Rolige og pene omgivelser. Fine rom/villaer med god størrelse. Mat, drikke og service er topp, om noe litt dyrt.

Housekeeping was consistently poor. Beds were not properly made, towels were placed on unmade beds, trash bins were not emptied, and floors were not cleaned. • The private plunge pool (a key reason for choosing this room category) was out of order for 2 out of 5 days. One day the pump was not working, and the next day the water was green and cloudy. • Compensation offered (massage) did not match the issue, as we paid specifically for a pool villa and did not receive a functioning pool for a significant part of the stay. • Apart from breakfast, all food had to be purchased separately and was priced high compared to the overall experience and maintenance level. • Staff service was good and friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful, but maintenance and cleaning standards significantly reduced the value for money.

Alles sehr zu unserer zufriedenheit, können auch die Roller Vermietung sehr empfehlen. Hotel liegt ein bisschen abgelegen, das ist der einzige minus Punkt.

Breakfast has a wide selection… view and beach access was wonderful, private , very relaxed… massage was wonderful, very helpful charming staff .. we love it so much

The restaurant staff was very helpful and able to cater for one member of our party that has coeliac disease. For the duration of our stay there were no problems at all. The location was beautiful and the facilities in good condition. Staff was always helpful. Room for improvement would be the absence of any drawers or shelves to unpack your suitcases to. Room servicing was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes you got new towels for those you put in the wash, sometimes you only got one or two. Sometimes the minibar would be restocked... sometimes not.

Loved the restaurant and the staff working it. Food was amazing and staff were so accommodating and kind. Shower had low pressure and did not hold consistent water pressure / temperature. We stayed for two nights and requested a replenishment of supplies. No towels were exchanged and we were left no sanitary bags- which I feel there should be plenty considering the resort requests that you do not flush anything down the toilet. Overall it was a nice stay.
