It’s a beautiful resort driving up. Rooms are good. We got a pool room which was great to be able to just walk into the pool from our room.
Only down side is no food option besides breakfast you have to order the night before for a surcharge. Breakfast was great though and worth it. On the upside of no option on sight the staff is amazing at helping you order food to be delivered and will plate it for you. Grab is also great for food delivery to the hotel and just getting around for shopping.
Let’s talk about the BEST PART OF OUR STAY! The staff was INCREDIBLE. They helped our group of 8 book a private van tour of Nong Khai and our receptionist Jane was our guide and was amazing. This tour was AMAZING and I can’t recommend it enough. We did so much and saw so much and lunch was included which was so delicious at MustarD Cafe.
There were also multiple incidents where we just needed staff help and they were quick to help. We needed to go to 711 to pay for our airline tickets and every grab driver kept cancelling. We asked if someone could take it and without hesitation they did. They didn’t charge us but we tipped and they didn’t even want to accept.
Overall our experience has been so good and I couldn’t recommend this resort anymore if you are visiting the area.

พนักงานต้อนรับดีเกินคาด รร.เก่า ไม่สะอาด แอร์ไม่เย็น ทีวีดูไม่ได้ ตอนแรกจะพัก2คืน คืนเดียวก็เกินพอ สระว่ายน้ำคนที่ไม่ได้พักส่วนสระ ไม่มีทีจะวางของ โต๊ะใต้บันไดมีแต่ฝุ่นไม่กล้าวางอะไรเลยย ลูกสาวบอกว่าไม่มาอีกแล้วนะแม่ ก็คงตามนั้นคะ

The resort is not far from city center (Wat luang por pra sai, Indo-china market) The facility is quite good in a green environment. All of the staff provide a proper manner and well service. A great pool is open during 6.00-20.30. The breakfast consists of Thai, American and regional menu. In case that I need to visit Nongkai again, It is the hotel of choice to take part as a happiness traveller

มาเข้าพัก 4 ทุ่มครึ่ง ทางเข้าจากถนนใหญ่ค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว เจอพนักงานต้อนรับรอ ยิ้มและสวัสดีทักทายสุภาพเป็นกันเอง รับกุญแจเสร็จช่วยถือกระเป๋าเดินไปส่งที่ห้องพร้อมแนะนำอุปกรณ์ต่างๆในห้องพัก เปิดน้ำอ่างอาบไม่อุ่น เรียกพนักงานก็รีบมาจัดการให้รวดเร็วดี ภายในห้องสะอาด อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบสั่งเป็นชุดๆ เลือกไข่กระทะ ข้าวกระเพราหมูไข่ดาว กับอะไรก็ไม่รู้พนักงานแนะนำและบริการจัดให้ถึงโต๊ะ เป็นอาหารเวียดนามตามรูปมีข้าวโพดถั่วบดโรยน้ำตาลอร่อยดี กาแฟ ตามด้วยผลไม้แตงโม มะละกอ บรรยากาศภายนอกร่มรื่นดีเย็นๆพอดีไปพักฝนตก สระว่ายน้ำพอใช้ได้ดูเก่าๆหน่อยแต่น้ำสะอาด ถือว่าคุ้มค่าเหมาะสมกับราคา
