Banyak kecoa di kamar sangat buruk tidak ada air panas untuk mandi. Tidak bisa tidur karena takut kecoa kecil kecil nya masuk ke kuping.

Terrible room because of smell (even the way from elevator to room), too damaged funiture. Don't have amenity. Bad quality room, I can't sleep that night. But they have a nice rooftop bar.

Go away from this. This is hell for sure. I can't stay this place when first time I come.

ฉันเข้าพักจาก20เมษาถึง27เมษาแต่ฉันพักถึงแค่วันที่25ห้องไม่สะอาดแม่บ้านก็ไม่มีมาทำห้องเลยและผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ไม่มีน้ำก็ไม่มีน้ำอุ่นก็ไม่มีให้ไม่ตรงปกต่างกันมากในรูปเหมือนถ่ายไว้เมื่อเริ่มเป็นโรงแรมครั้งแรกแต่ตอนนี้เทียบกับห้องรายชั่วโมงก็ไม่ได้แย่สุดๆถึงจะให้อยู่ฟรีไม่คิดเงินก็ไม่ขอกลับไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนกลัวผีค่ะ

โรงเเรมด้านล่างดูใหม่ ห้องพักสกปรก ห้องนอนล็อคไม่ได้ ความปลอดภัยไม่มีเพราะห้องด้านข้างเปิดมาห้องเราได้ ในตู้ในเก๊ะมีขยะ ราคาไม่สมกับคืนละ1พันกว่าบาทเลย ถังขยะในห้องน้ำหรือในห้องพักก็ไม่มี

Terrible don't book here otherwise your holiday will gonna be a disaster holiday. All facilities are broken and very dirty room. Staffs are not attending your concerns. I booked for 5 days but I just stayed 1 night because I cannot stand on their dirty place. Better lose money than staying in room like their room. I advise the owner to better close his property than not maintaining the property because they are just fooling the guests by their photos online that 's not base on reality.

There is not a hotel. I booked twin single bed but that gave me stick single bed. No soap, no towels, no water. So unprofessional service in all details, check-in (taking ID card picture). It ' s totally different from the advertisment photos.

แย่มากๆๆครับ ไม่สะอาด บริการห่วย แม้กระทั้งผ้าเช็ดตัว อุปกรณ์ในห้อง แย่สุดๆ กลิ่นอัป กระจกยังขุ่น ระเบียงสกปรกมากๆ ในห้องฝุ่นเพียบ พื้นห้องยังต้องใส่รองเท้าเดิน

I booked this hotel because I arrived in Bangkok at 2 am and this is one of the hotels that can check in until that hour. I didn't have another choice because I needed a hotel in that area. But for that price you can get better hotels in the Pratunam area. When I stayed here, my room door was broken and couldn't be opened from the outside, it could be opened but it was very difficult, and when I went inside, the room couldn't be locked, so we stayed overnight without locking the room. The room is very old or because the items are dusty and not cared for. The towels we got were very thin and had brown spots. The plus point is that this place is close to the activities I visited and there is no traffic jam, also the receptionist and security guard are very friendly and very helpful.

I just able to check in at 4 after waiting almost 2 hourt, receptionist did not help.

Good location, convenient near thonglor BTS, Ekkamai bus station , main road of Sukumvit Line We stayed here for 7 nights on this trip. The room is not clean, has lots of dust, the room is damp, the bed is uncomfortable, the bed collapses into the steel frame, causing back pain. There is no hot water, no towels that meet general hotel standards. (I asked for a change but the answer I got was that the towels wasn't dry yet. And when we get requested for new towels again, the new towels doesn't dry out.). Cleaning the room must be informed according to customer needs. Employees cannot communicate Good command of English or Thai (at a level that is understandable but not so good). Inside the hotel, the floor where we stayed was damp. There was a smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms on the floor where we stayed. The water heater under the sink is broken but there is still electricity. It may be dangerous. The air conditioner is not cool (maybe because the air conditioner is very old). Employees work unsystematically.
