It’s a great hotel with the local characteristics. It’s located in the middle of the old city which made all the sites easily walkable. The hotel staff are great with excellent service, especially the concierge X who had provided great advices to our trip plan. The tour group he referred to me was great.
The only thing was the hot water wasn’t being sufficient nor hot enough for bath.

This hotel is new and comfortable. Staff are helpful and their English level is surprisingly excellent. Pity that most of the rooms are twin bed in stead of double bed.

除了早餐没什么吃的，床太软，其他都还好。房间够大，对于中国人来说，还是不要住行政房（在一楼），一楼没阳光，服务有礼貌，没有主动索要小费。有蚊子不过没叮人。貌似没电梯？
大床三个人睡没问题，不过中间的人陷入床里不舒服。

The place is located at the back street of the Sunday Walking Street, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The pool is suitable for little swim and sun-bathing. Rooms look very traditional with beautiful colors, the balcony is a plus but we didn't use it as the weather is too hot.
However, there are no lift at the hotel. You need to walk stairs if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor. And the housekeeping services is not satisfying. They didn't tidy the room at all, and haven't change all the utilities used. The breakfast have a wide variety of choices if you sit in for it, but the breakfast box provided for takeaway is poor. I may want to try other hotels if I come next time.

The hotel is new, clean and well fitted. It is located in the old town area, very accessible to major tourist spots and good restaurants. Down sides is the shower with unstable supply of hot and cold water. Furthermore, breakfast buffet needs to improve. In fact, there are lots of places for breakfast nearby.

The hotel has put a lot of effort in cleaning each single corner as we couldn’t find any dust, neither in our room nor in the common area. The breakfast provides decent varieties. You can get a full English breakfast or a healthy bowl of porridge with fresh fruit, or Chinese/Asian congee with fried noodles/rice.
The staff are all friendly and responsive. They made mistake with my laundry but quickly resolved it. (The laundry is rather pricey so I would recommend to do it at those travel shops, 40-50 baht/kg)
The only downside is the shower/bath water which never gets hot and sometimes a bit too cold. So basically the bath is useless. One of the staff explained it’s because Chiang Mai only has a week of chillness but I had a hot and very comfortable shower at a spa.
We also checked out the hotels in the same price range within the old city and found out other hotels of the same range has more outdoor seatings and common area and nicer deco. But of course we didn’t check out the rooms.

某前台服務人員很奇怪，叫佢幫我call taxi 去big C 安排來回酒店 (因big C 地點比較偏遠) , 佢係咁叫我去central airport plaza, 話個度都一樣有food court, supermarket, 再叫我自己行出大街揾雙條車/tuk tuk (雖然酒店距離大街很近)
