職員服務態度良好，辦事效率快速。
喜歡浴缸夠大，儲水及去水均快。但是花灑部分不合格，水壓很低，出水很慢，溫度調節非常慢！最後一兩天更開始沒有熱水了，相信是水壓有問題，因此轉用浴缸洗澡，此部分如改善便是滿分！

I had the pleasure of staying at W Bangkok earlier this month and I must say, it was a wonderful experience.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, courteous, and made me feel right at home. The stylish and modern decor of the hotel was impressive, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
I enjoyed all the amenities that W Bangkok had to offer during my stay, including the pool and gym facilities. The rooftop bar and restaurant were also exceptional and provided stunning views of the Bangkok skyline.
What made my stay truly unforgettable was the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, from suggesting local attractions to offering me a late checkout.

The location, staff service is excellent. Our toilet has leakage and it smelly after used. Breakfast is delicious, only the egg sction has room for improvement.

I not understand 5 start hotel was no have any smoking room...even go down MUST need to walk to smoking area...no matter Grand Hyatt is the more old and on standard hitel brand also have one floor for serve the smoker guest!!! Is reli reli sick in this hotel...never ever came again in this brand of hotel(W Hotel) this is the first time i stay also is tge last time i do!!!
