We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay Hotel.
We really appreciated the app that customers can chat with the hotel immediately. The response was quick and useful. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. The hotel was quiet, the room was comfortable and clean. Whilst the sunbath seats near the public pool were not enough, it was a delight to spend time in the pool. Nice breakfast at Latitude 98 restaurant to start the day energized.
We will definitely want to stay here again if we return to Phuket!

A huge room with an enormous seaview and indoor bathtub. Will need to rely on shuttle service going up and down between the suite and the main entrance; may need to wait for a longer time during busy hours. There is a mexican-thai restaurant (just 3min walk from the main entrance) overlooking the sea which serves excellent food at very reasonable price.

酒店房溜水，令到鞋子全濕與發黃，換了房間後發覺房間雪櫃溜水，打開全是爆開的可樂，繼而希望酒店提交書面報告，但酒店方面誓死不提交，只願意升級房間及提供晚餐自助餐，當我們確認好自助餐的日子時，於櫃檯職員聯絡，職員說只要walk in 便可，其後我們感覺有點古怪便致電客戶服務多番查詢，但電話裏的客戶服務給我們的答案卻是另一回事，客戶服務員說我們只能預約而且我們根本沒有晚餐自助餐，其後我們找來經理查詢，經理說可能大家言語間有點誤會，而且現在時間都晚了，改為明天午餐自助餐可以嗎，因為當時已經大約10點左右所以都沒有法子，只好應承，誰不知到了第二天，我們到了餐廳餐廳跟我們說今天下午根本沒有午餐自助餐，這根本是在玩弄我們，A職員跟我們說改為這樣賠償可以嗎到見了B職員就說根本沒有這回事，這間酒店的職員全都是瘋狂的騙子。還有一件事，就算他把房間升級了，他的房間內所有水龍頭出來的水全都是黃黃的，充滿鐵銹味道，我從來未試過去旅行有一個這麼差的體驗。最重要的是，我到現在還沒有任何書面報告給我去提交給保險公司。

I stayed in pool villa room which is perfect, ocean view is very nice, private is big enough to swim. But need to improve on shuttle bus frequency, suggest every 30 minutes i/o one hour, also breakfast can be more choice.........

The design is nice , private pool with jcuzzi look greats , the room is very big and comfortable room. The welcome drink and the fresh flower for you when check in was nice . The infinity pool was great and beautiful. The pick up services from lobby to room is great but there private car. There is shuttle services to beach. However when you stay , you will find the room maintenance and the cleaning Is not what you expect as a 5 start hotel , some area in washroom become yellow, yhe bath Is not clean . the jucuzzi at private pool is not strong. The water in private pool is cold. And there are many mosquito ! The buffet breakfast is nice. The stay is good .

The hotel was quiet, the room was comfortable and clean. Whilst the sunbath seats near the public pool were not enough, it was a delight to spend time in the pool. Nice breakfast at Latitude 98 restaurant to start the day energized.
