Hôtel géré par un personnel gentil mais qui n'a aucune connaissance de l’hôtellerie et n'a aucun sens de l'accueil des clients. L'hôtel met en avant beaucoup d'engagements écrits, mais ne sait en tenir aucun.
L'établissement manque cruellement d'entretien et de maintenance et parait totalement à l’abandon.
C'est vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est surtout dans une ville comme Lomé.
C'est bien dommage, car il pourrait faire un bel hôtel !!
