Ahg Atlas Hotel Taksim

Very very bad experience with this hotel. I booked a family room. But they insist give us 2 separate room. The receptionist told us why we are not happy with 2 rooms? I told them I book for a family room (4pax) not 2 rooms. He insisted to give us 2 rooms because they don't have family room available. We booked 2 nights. The first night we sleep in the family room. The next day we go out for sightseeing. Night time when we come back to the room, we can not go in and when we asked the receptionist, he said they moved out all our bags and belongings to other room. Without our permission and without telling us earlier. No announcement. And He talk to us like no fullstops. Very rude. He said if we didn't want to take the 2 rooms, he ask us to move out. I am really disappointed with the service and attitude.
