The management appear to have upped their game, glasses and plates were cleared on an ongoing basis. My room was cleaned and made up daily. The food was varied, I could always find something to my taste. Ali from the spa was an absolute star, so very helpful at all times. Why management don’t use him for customer liaison is a mystery, instead of the ladies sitting at a desk all day not mingling with the guests. The boat trip is an absolute must. I had no complaints.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Azure By Yelken, and I must say, it was an experience I'd rather forget. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel does not prioritize cleanliness, customer service, or basic hospitality. Firstly, some of the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Their attitudes were dismissive, and any questions or concerns we had were met with eye-rolls and blunt responses. The condition of the room was appalling. It was evident that housekeeping did not do their job properly throughout our stay. The bed linens were left stained, the bathroom filthy and room service did not clean the room in general throughout our stay, only folding our bedsheets and changing the towels. Throughout our stay, the staff's behavior continued to disappoint. When we requested clean towels, we were met with sighs and long waits, as if we were asking for an extraordinary favor. Any request for basic amenities seemed to be too much trouble for them and took hours for them to get management involved - which did not result in any improvement in our requests. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was unwelcoming and uncomfortable considering this is a 5 star hotel. It was clear that the management did not care about the guests' experience or maintaining any standard of service. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere.

Das Haus ist in den Jahren gekommen. Vieles wurde nicht repariert und einfach so hingenommen. Handtuchhalter auf Balkon abgerissen und Safe ohne Funktion. Ich wurde in einem Zimmer untergebracht, wo die Absauganlage der Küche zu hören war. In der Früh wurde dazu der Küchengeruch ins Zimmer gegeben. Hier sollte mal ein Verantwortlicher eine Nacht schlafen, damit er weiß, was man einem Gast zumutet. Das Essen ist entgegengesetzt des Hauses sehr gut. Abwechslung und Vielfalt sind hervorragend. Zwei Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Einmal der Kofferträger Abdullah und Bedienung Murat in der Freianlage. Dagegen habe ich im Empfang und bei manchem Mitarbeiter keine Freundlichkeit entgegen bekommen. Eher meinten Sie, sie seien die Gäste und was ich als Gast wollte. Abschließend ein Gesamturteil. Für uns Mitteleuropäer ist das Haus nicht zu Empfehlen.

Words are not enough to describe the terrible situation of this hotel, from the minute you enter you feel the negativity and the bad service, it is impossible to communicate with any if the team members in English, room is extremely old with many issues, tv not working, shower brings yellow water, safety box malfunctioning, and the furniture is extremely old and mostly broken, AC goes off quiet often. Food and beverage experience is another terrible story, as the number of staff serving are very limited and you need to queue for long hour to get any simple request, beverage is served is paper cups and quality of food is awful. I told facts and i regret that i dodnt listen to previous comments when i read them about the hotel. It is the worst place i ever imagined to live in.

The hotel needs renovation and have problems like bad quality of water (yellow color), depending on the price you find it, you may choose it, but don't expect the quality of a 5 star hotel, the best of it is that you can enjoy the sunset!!!!

Paranla rezil olmak deyimini canlı olarak yaşadık, Hayatımda böyle kötü bir otel görmedim, giriş saati 14.00 olmasına rağmen 18.00 de anca oda hazır oldu, otopark açık otopark yazıyor ama bildiğiniz tarla, toz toprak içerisine park ettik, herşey dahil evet ama yenebilecek durumda bir yemek yok aşırı kötü yemekler, içecek markaları hayatımda duymadığım markalar, çalışanlar zorla iş yapıyor gibi, denizin yanında yeşil pis bir dere var denize karışıyor o yüzden su bulanık temiz değil, odadaki musluk sularından da sarı bir su akıyor muhtemelen şebeke suyu değil o derenin suyunu bağlamışlar. Yabancı turistin beklentisini karşılayabilir belki ama biz hiç memnun kalmadık, muhtemelen bu otel yüzünden birdaha bodruma bile gelmeyiz

Zimmer wird nur alle drei Tage sauber gemacht/oder Bettwäsche gewechselt. Essen ist immer kalt Mittag abends. Servicemitarbeiter sehr unhöflich am letzten Tag ist ein Mitarbeiter um zwölf Uhr in der Nacht in mein Zimmer reingekommen und hat mich zu Tode erschrocken. Zimmer hatte kein Meerblick (extra gebucht) Ich rate wirklich keinem in dieses Hotel zu gehen.
