Great service and an accommodation, beautiful place

The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place for russians - all staff speak russian, the entertainment (animationteam / live music) everything is in Russian... I am still shocked by this... It seems that all other nationalities were irrelevant and / or forgotten. The Animation team were a bunch of kids who repeatedly tried very hard, but just didnt manage to deliver - I dont blame them. they were just too young and inexperienced. They could not even impress my 4 year old... They didnt seem to enjoy what they were doing and they were so careless... Could be because my son isnt russian... A real shame, as the hotel itself was lovely and has tremendous pontential, but as I always preach - a good hardware is useless, if the software isnt great. the staff, the service - one of the worst I have experienced in 25 years.

Generally speaking, It was awesome. The food, the stuff…everything was incredible. Finding Parking space was a bit of an issue. Otherwise it was amazing.

Should not recommend this to any body staff could not be bothered to do any thing for you

Bellis Deluxe Hotel was an excellent experience for us. It is a lovely family hotel with great staff. There are lots of activities you can do with kids and there were different shows every evening which the whole family could enjoy. The food was delicious and the hotel was clean and tidy. It is also a beach hotel which is so great as you can walk only about 2mins to get to the beach.

Godt all. incl. hotel, men som rigtig mange lign. steder, masser af mad, men generelt lidt smagsløst og kun fabriksfremstillet dessert, så gerne et væsentligt mindre udvalg i højere kvalitet. Mange muligheder for aktiviteter.

The hotel is set in the most beautiful location, it’s very quiet and the staff are very friendly.

Nice stay. But vegetarian options are very less. Also same pattern of cuisine every day.

Отличный хозяин. Я приехал в отель около 10 утра, мне предложили к качестве комплимента завтрак и уже в 11:30 меня заселили в номер. Очень клиентоориентированный и дружелюбный владелец. Также владелец всегда и очень оперативно был рад помочь с экскурсиями и цены лучше чем в близлежащих агенствах. Локация у отеля хорошая, в шаговой доступности много ресторанов с хорошим рейтингом. Номера чистые и уютные.

Pandemi döneminin zorluklarına karşın iyi organize olmuş bir ekiple çalışıyorlar. Konumu, yemekleri ve temizlik hizmeti oldukça iyi. Sadece gece yetişkin eğlencesini biraz daha çeşitlendirmeliler.

Отличный отель. Большой ,комфортный номер. Доброжелательный персонал. Еда вкусная,разнообразная,морепродукты каждый день были.Комфортный отдых. Прекрасный пляж и пирс. Детские горки ребёнку понравились, а вот песочница на пляже конечно вообще не о чём. Единственное,что огорчало- это холодильник для минибара(3 раза меняли), так и не работал, внутри был горяченный.А так отдохнули отлично!

Very clean hotel Food was excellent! Big room , comfortable bed

Her anlamda 4-4 luk karşılandık. Ozan bey bizlerle çok iyi ilgilendi. Balayı çifti olarak kahvaltıya yetişmek için 7:30 da uyanmak garip geldi çünkü tatil zamanımız. Kahvaltıya 9:30-10 gibi gittiğimizde belli çeşitler tükenmiş oluyordu. Eğlenceler ağırlıklı Rus misafirlere yönelik eğlenmek için dışarı çıktık ekstra harcama yaptık. Personel mükemmel derecede ilgili ve sorumluluk sahibi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde kahvaltı ve eğlence programı düzenlenirse memnuniyetle gitmeyi isterim. Bir kaç aksaklık olsada bu mükemmel oteli tüm çiftlere tavsiye ediyorum. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidip tatilinizi burada geçirebilirsiniz. Alacarta Restaurant Erkan bey ve Ozan bey ile mutlaka tanışmanızı tavsiye ederim. Tüm emekleriniz için teşekkür ederim Bellis Deluxe Hotel Ailesi.

Bellis Deluxe is a beautiful and magnificent place. Lots of activities to do. A really great place. I recommend this place highly for anyone including a family.

Hôtel familial situé à proximité de la plage agréable.

Wir waren noch nie zu dieser Jahreszeit in Belek und haben uns kurzfristig für einige Tage Golf- und Badeferien am Meer entschieden. Das Hotel wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Erstaunt aber nicht gestört hat uns, dass fast ausschliesslich nur russisch gesprochen wurde. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch, grosszügig angelegt und es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind eher kleiner als in anderen Hotels in Belek und die Betten waren etwas gar hart. Das Essen ist absolut okay - in den Spezialitätenrestaurants gut bis sehr gut und im Buffet-Restaurant leider immer lauwarm. Die Mitarbeiter sind generell nett und motiviert.

Temizlik harika, oda güzel... Ancak etkinlikler ve içki hizmeti geliştirilmeli. Kokteyller standart değil, iskeleye servis yapılmıyor...

It was unforgettable vacation, staff was very friendly and professional, meal was amazing, tasty and fresh, property was clean and beautiful. Room was clean and very comfortable. We would like to come back next time again. Thank you, for service.
