Temiz, her yere yakın, çalışanlara ilgili, kahvaltısı çok iyiydi seçenek de çoktu.

Staff positive attitudes..

Great location. The hotel itself is quite nice and the room is very spacious. Staff were generally nice and helpful, but service was very slow. Our curtain was broken in the room and we had to ask 3-4 times before someone came in to fix it. It was resolved in the end, but definitely a bit inconvenient for us and the staff. Additionally, we requested takeaway breakfast (after the staff had mentioned this was possible) and told them that we were vegetarian. Despite this, they still put meat in the meal. Nonetheless, it was still a good stay overall!

Prefect property, it’s a short walk to the clock tower / old bazaar and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping district, the hotel was very clean and staff are friendly and on hand to assist as much as possible Want to thank the following staff who made our stay comfortable as possible : thank you Meryem for booking us awesome excursions and recommending things to do, Mervi for your assistance where needed and Ayez who worked in the restaurant

Hotel comodo al centro con parcheggio sotterraneo. Moto al sicuro… Colazione buona e con molta varietà. La camera così così ..moquette sporca e condizioni abbastanza scadenti. Per una notte accettabile…

Lage ist sehr gut aber altes Hotel und es gab sehr viele Flecken auf dem Boden. Zudem gab es keine Handtücher mehr und keine Bettdecken

Im ganzen war das Hotel gut. Wir waren nur ein paar Nächte dort, dafür ist es echt in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut. Außerdem hat die Dichtung am Boden der Dusche nicht dichtgehalten und somit war jedesmal der ganze Boden im Bad ünerschwemmt. Der Duschkopf war auch nicht dicht und es ist überall Wasser rausgekommen, nur nicht da, wo es sollte. Eine kleine Heizung im Bad hat uns auch gefehlt, um Badebekleidung, Handtücher etc. zu trocken. Es gab ein kleines Buffet zum Frühstück, allerdings mit relativ wenig Auswahl.

Wonderful hotel, but unusable internet. The facilities are new and well kept. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The location is great, but surrounding area not so much. My only real complaint is the internet. It is unusable and this caused massive inconvenience for me personally. This is a great place to stay if you don't require a workable internet connection.

Kahvaltı fena değildi kaldığımız 210 numaralı odada çok fazla klima sesi vardı. Ulaşım rahat değil ara sokakta ve çok fazla trafiğin içine giriyorsunuz

Overall the hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and polite and we felt comfortable and relaxed. The room was cozy and quiet as I wanted. I would definitely recommend this location as it’s very near to local attractions and beaches. Breakfast options were mainly local, my minus point was for not having coffee apart from the sachets which contained milk and I couldn’t have it unless paid separately. Nevertheless it was all worth it and we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Et veldig fint hotell med god standard. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vi hadde, veldig hyggelige personer i resepsjonen. De i kantinen og renholderne var veldig flinke også. Spesielt Emine som hadde ansvaret for renholdet hos oss. Hotellet ligger bare noen kvartaler unna sentrum.

Ich fand es toll, dass man zu Fuß nur ca 7-8 Minuten gebraucht hat, und sofort in der belebten Altstadt war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Lediglich das Frühstück sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, es gibt weniger Auswahl und es gibt viel türkisches, leider ohne Zettel mit Namen oder Beschreibung. Für mich als Vegetarierin schwierig, weil man teilweise nicht sieht ob Fleisch mit drin ist oder nicht.
