It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super helpful and great manner. Would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers

Wonderful view of the Bosphorus bridge and see from the restaurant. I enjoyed the breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. To reach the tourist attractions or Taksim square you have to take a taxi. Shops are near. All together good.

It is in a very busy location. There is nice cafe under the hotel. The staff is very kind but although a paid for a room for three people, the third bad was not prepared. I asked the bellboy to send someone to make the bad, he said someone will come shortly. Noone came for half an hour and we left. We called the reception on our way back and finally it got made.

Crowne Plaza Istanbul Ortakoy has to be one of the best places to stay within a fair price range. The location, quality of rooms and fittings, the customer service and the amenities were perfect. Literally have 2 coffee shops at the front door and short walk to restaurants and ferry.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city, close to charming waterfront restaurants and nestled among the many small streets. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, and we slept very well in the beds. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the bridge. This is also where breakfast is served, and the waiter Yalgin makes sure you have everything you need.
