Amazing vaccation in this hotel

The hotel was dated and dirty Fortunately I wasn’t all inclusive as the breakfast was discusting

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero es sucio y con mal olor (a cañerías) El desayuno muy simple.

Awful I’ve been a regular client of this hotel and it’s very sad to say the property is getting old and it is not maintained well. Old and tired needs a major remodeling immediately. The lobby use to have windows that would open wide to allow air flow. They replaced the old windows with cheap picture windows that doesn’t open. How stupid the MAIN LOBBY is hot humid and smells stuffy. It’s so hot in the middle of July it was awful.

Me and my friend had a lovely time over there. Fantastic hotel. Excellent customer service. We are going back again soon.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, cependant question propreté c'est à la limite du supportable, aussi pour un 5 étoiles, c'est décevant de service des buffets aussi maigres. Peuvent beaucoup mieux faire.

I would advise hotel to obtain more loungers for the beach and swimming pool! Its rather a stressful process each day as it feels like the war of the loungers :) Hotel Buffet and Staff were very friendly and helpful Great location of a single traveller

Breakfast was very nice, but lunches and dinner choices weren’t as good as last year.

All inclusive. You may want to eat out for something less canteen style if your not on a budget! Staff young and disinterested

vi hade bestilt fuld havudsigt men første nat ingen havudsigt den næste dag kl 12 fik vi et andet med kun lidt havudsigt og da vi er et ældre ægtepar på 81 år kunne vi næsten ikke passere forbi sengen og det store møbel der stod oppe af sengen så noget kan man ikke byde ældre mensker hilsen lone og poul

2 gece 20 bin tl verdik.Vasat ötesi vasattı. Yemeklerde çeşit fena değil ancak lezzet kötüydü.Kahvaltıda çeşit az ve yüne lezzetsizdi.Waffle yapan kadın meyve bitti diyerek sadece çikolatalı verebilirim diyen bir çalışan.Çalışanlar aşırı suratsız(Teras bardaki abla hariç). Deniz manzaralı diye verdikleri oda otelin bir kademe altındaki çatıyı görüyordu yoğunluk var siye ilk gün değiştirmediler 2.gün değiştirdik. Konum olarak güzel ama herşey dahil otele geliyorsam pansiyonda,3 yıldızlı otelde kalıyorsam sebebi konum değil tabiki.Tavsiye etmem.

This hotel is the jewel in the crown of Bodrum. it is in a wonderful location with stunning views. The staff are the friendliest I have ever come across especially our friend Burhan and the lovely housekeeper of 1411. Reception staff cant do enough to help. The food is out of this world the snack a la carte has pizzas to die for. If I was to look for any negative it is the bedroom air conditioning. |Do not expect a cool room you will be disappointed. It blows air and cant be fixed so dont even ask. Move the bed so you are directly in the air flow it helps tremendously and we were sleeping like babies after the first few nights. You acclimatise. That would not stop me coming back to this hotel it was super.

Unfortunately there is not an option to give 0 review rating!! It was a horrible hotel -- My son and I felt very unsafe, the staff and management were very rude. The AC was not working, the room was smelly and hot -- we could not get any sleep!!! It was extremely hot -- almost 40 degrees in Bodrum, the AC not working posed a safety issue, especially when traveling with children!! The supposedly "private beach" was NOT private at all!! It was filthy with garbage cans, paper, glass and homeless people were sleeping there!! The whole hotel smelled of mold, the hallways didn't even have light and the Internet in the room was not existent - I could not even connect with my family. The bathroom could not close and had a hole in the door. While my son was taking a shower, the water stopped running and when I called the front desk they said they would send someone right away, but noone came!!. We felt very unsafe, and the worst part was when we addressed our concern to the management,they didn't find the right solution, but told us that could find us a different room next day! We needed a solution right away! Then he told us that if we didn't like what he proposed , we could simply go elsewhere! He then started yelling in Turkish!!! A horrible and scary experience!!!!!! This is not even a motel, let alone a 5 star! This is PURE FRAUD and EXTREME FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a very good hotel. The food was good. The service was excellent. The beach was average for Bodrum. The facility and location were great
