房間整潔 設備完善 大堂整潔 接待員有禮貌 交通方便 早餐亦非常多款選擇 浴室都整潔 風筒比較差 但是毛巾亦很乾淨 亦協助提早入住整體已達標不錯 下次會再入住

Staff was very nice and friendly, room was absolutely amazing and beautiful, highly recommended and will definitely be staying again during my next trip :)

Most of the staff don’t speak English or choose not to speak. Only person found helpful and understanding was Elida Guest Relation On our last day the staff in Breakfast area was extremely rude and made my sister cry. As we were a big group of 15 persons, yes we were a little noisy at the pool area which they dint like and said this is a business hotel and not a family hotel.

Hotel and facilities was great, outdoor pool could have been bigger and accommodating for children and women. service was not good by certain staff members however, Elida from guest relations was very accommodating and helpful Overall my experience was 4/5

Odamızda sıcak su akmıyordu. 1-2 saatte sorunu çözebildiler. Banyoda giderden su gitmiyordu.

Hotel extremamente elegante, atendimento primordial, sempre muito solicitos. Recomendo sempre!

Jeg havde et fantastisk ophold på Elite World Grand i Istanbul og var virkelig imponeret over serviceniveauet. Personalet var venligt, imødekommende og altid klar til at hjælpe med alt, hvad jeg havde brug for. Jeg vil især gerne takke Buğra og İlayda for deres enestående gæstfrihed – de var både professionelle og utroligt hjælpsomme, og de gjorde en stor forskel for mit ophold. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette hotel og vil helt sikkert bo her igen, næste gang jeg besøger Istanbul.

This is justa business destination, is not in touristy area, no restaurant around as any place you do you want to go it will be 30 minutes with taxi.

Temizlik ve çalışanların güler yüzü olması harikaydı. Keyifli bir hafta sonu deneyimi oldu. Özellikle lobi de İlayda hanım her konuda hızlı yardımcı ve güler yüzlülüğü ile bizi otele bağladı diyebilirim
