Extraordinary Stay at Elite Taksim Hotel – Istanbul Our experience at the Elite Taksim Hotel in Istanbul was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was nonstop – attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made every morning a treat. The quality and selection were beyond our expectations. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Even after our checkout, the hotel graciously allowed us to continue using their beautiful pool until 4 PM – a rare and thoughtful gesture that made our last day just as enjoyable as the first. The entire team embodies extraordinary service and genuine care for their guests. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Room is nice and comfy. But the staff can't communicate in English at all, they only know simple English for check-in and check-out. I order a wifi-pocket through internet and sent email to inform the hotel that the device would be delivered to them and asked to received it. They replied me through email, said 'ok, we will note down in the system'. However, when I check-in and asked about that, the staff simply said 'no, I don't know anything about that'. And he didn't follow the problem. I contacted the company of the wifi-pocket, they reassure they have sent it to the hotel. And after a long waiting time, until we check-out, they eventually found the device in their staff room, causing so many inconvenience and anxiety for us. Really won't go back again.

very poor, 1. delay check-in, till 16:00, 2. elevator shutdown on the first use, slow response in repairing, 3. poor sanitation, some flies and mosquitos, no response when complaining, 4. no internet service for the first 2 days, wireless or other route

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room view was terrible, facing another building. The hotel and service were far from a five-star hotel experience. The second shift reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which ruined the stay. Hengameh at the front desk was polite and tried to help, but even with her assistance, it could not make up for the overall bad experience.

The hotel has one of the best locations and offers excellent service with the most professional and fast staff you can find in Istanbul. The overall experience was great, and the service was outstanding. My only note is about the breakfast — it was not very well organized, and not everything was available. If you go down about half an hour before closing, most of the items are already finished.

otel fena değildi fakat daha temiz olabilirdi oda çok eskiydi. Gecenin bir yarısı odamızın telefonu çaldı uyuyorduk ve bize ait olmayan bir valizle ilgili aradıklarını söylediler, daha sonra yine arandık yine aynı konudan dolayı ve yanlışlıkla başkası yerine bizi aradıklarını söylediler. Çok yorgunduk ve gecemiz berbat oldu dinlenemeden ayrıldık otelden.

From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was absolutely five-star. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Aziz – your warmth and attention to detail truly stood out and made a lasting impression. You went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Also, a special thank you to the incredible person working in the café by the lobby. You brought such a friendly and welcoming energy every day. Whether it was a coffee, a snack, or just a kind word, you always made the experience feel personal and positive. Both of you are absolute stars, and this hotel is lucky to have you! Highly recommend staying here – I’ll definitely be coming back.
