The breakfast was really good with a lot of varieties. The staff was very helpful and professional , especially Murad , he was the manager.

Gezi amacı ile ikinci kez konaklamam oldu.Çalışan personellerin güler yüzlü olması hizmeti güzel.Konum olarak lokasyonu iyi heryere toplu taşıma imkanı var.Boşbeleş insan hiç yok konaklama için gelen misafirleri iyi.Aile ile birlikte konaklanabilir bir otel.Kahvaltısı gayet güzel.Temiz olması herşeyden güzel.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, very close to Taksim Square. Plus the havabus to both airports is like 2 minutes walking distance.

This was a good, lower cost hotel for a short overnight before catching the Havaist bus to the airport for an early morning flight. It's right around the corner from the bus stop at Taksim, and there were also plenty of taxis available if you needed one. It was clean and comfortable, and the price was right. Check-in was easy and check out, even at 2:30am, was easy, too.

Hatten ein Vierbettzimmer gebucht, online hieß es, das Zimmer sei ca. 25m2 groß. Dort angekommen wurde uns ein Vierbettzimmer auch gegeben, jedoch war dies keine 15 m2 groß, man konnte sich hierin kaum bewegen. Auch war der Zustand des Zimmers so lala, die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei über 30°C Außentemperatur nicht und das Zimmer war extrem feucht. Im Bad zeigte sich schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke. Das Frühstück ging bis 10 Uhr, wurde aber schon nach 09:15 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

The hotel location is very convenient and near transportation, shopping, supper market and restaurants around Taksim and Istiklal. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money.
