伊斯坦堡 Taksim 金色時代飯店

附近社區不錯，交通很方便，但是飯店設施老舊，沒有任何設施可言，房間服務需要努力爭取才會有反應，整體而言不推薦!

Frühstück war hervorragend

We booked this hotel for our stay from 27th to 30 august and what we paid for, the property did not deliver. The first day we checked in we noticed ants crawling on all 3 beds, we checked the toilets and there were ants every where on the floor. When we complained the hotel could not relocate us in another room as all other rooms were fully booked. We struggled to communicate with the staff regarding immediate cleaning. When the cleaner came he hoovered the floor and changed the bed sheets. This was not enough as the ants were still appearing from somewhere. There were crackes inbetween the floor boards and scurting. Not to mention the HORRID smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. I would never recomment this hotel to anyone booking. Good luck to anyone who stays in room 3307. On check out we were not given any compensation for the inconvenience. Horrible service

“I had a wonderful stay at Golden Age Hotel. The staff were very kind and professional at front desk, and I would like to give special thanks to Mesut who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He really made my experience much more enjoyable. Even though they gave us the room earlier than check-in time, room service and cleaning was not really great…!!! Highly recommended!”

Ok hotel, nothing too fancy. Noisy outside and swimming pool was cold but location is decent.

Hotel staff were exceptional. My Partner and I were quite sick for 2 days and the hotel staff met every request in a timely manner. Only downside to our stay was the noise. Street noise and other guests around us were extremly noisy.

Conveniente ubicación y cómodo. Personal atento. Los baños necesitan mejor iluminación. Desayuno bastante completo. Es un hotel excelente, me volvería a hospedar aquí si regreso a Estambul.

Cons - SO noisy up until 1am (mainly singing) so requested to move rooms. Was moved from level 1 to 5 which was still noisy (slightly better). You NEED to have a room on the rear side to avoid this Bathroom in our room smelt SO bad every morning, strong sewage smell which was awful and spread across the bedroom and took a few hours to subside Room decor is so outdated and needs modernising Fridge was dirty inside Pool opens at 11am which wasn’t ideal for my family Pros - staff seemed friendly although the housekeeping staff speak zero English It’s a short walk to Taksim square I would avoid this hotel if possible

Lokasyonu guzel Istiklal caddesine cok yakin temiz guvenli bir otel. Calisanlari saygili Odalar biraz kucuk

There was no English speaking Cable channel only Turkish speaking channels. I reported the problem to management but the problem was not resolved. Good food buffet. Rooms need to be refurbished because the wall paper was peeling at the seams, scuffed marks on the walls . Wood Floors need to be refinished. Friendly staff.

Gute gelegen. Alles ein wenig alt und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Personal freundlich.

We have just left the hotel. It was overall very good except the breakfast!! It is total chaos as no one is helping you to find a table or check your room number. When I once asked for help the person responsible told me that he cannot help and would need to check with the receptionists?! We had our plates and we were standing up in the middle of the restaurant. Eventually we were seated by Nida. The day receptionists ( the lobby team) have been amazing and helpful, and the lady (Nida) who was the customer relations person is extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is great and buzzing.

Everything about the stay was good.

Unterkunft ist verdreckt, haben wir ganze zeit 1handtuch weniger bekommen als gemeldete anzahl der Personen . Jeden tag mussten wir nach tasse und gläser tee und Kaffee rennen anrufen, dass wir im zimmer bekommen. Gardine im Zimmer hängte und haben wir selber mit Nadeln an der wand befestigt. Dusche könnten wir nicht richtig nutzen, weil der Knopf gefällt hat. Geduscht haben wir mit handbrause. Fenster war ganze zeit kaputt bei der Kälte und wurde stunde vor check out repariert.
