Hilton Istanbul Maslak

İlgi ve nezaket bazında çok iyiydi. Lavabo giderlerinde problem vardı. Ama hemen çözüm üretildi.

Maslak cevresinde guzel bi otel cok temiz.

L’hôtel offre de superbes services néanmoins le confort des matelas n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce prestige, Le petit déjeuner était excellent et très varié , le personnel est sérieux et d’une grande gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel

DO NOT COME HERE. We got stuck for a minute in the lift, they asked us what we’d want, we propose one day breakfast and one day dinner. Breakfast was a buffet that was okay, for dinner they didn’t let us know we could have either executive lounge (which gives only hot rice, chicken shniztel and onion ring and some other cold stuff.) or a la carte. We were disappointed they didn’t propose a la carte. The price for executive was $65, we proposed to switch to a la carte and match the price, they refused, we were about to eat at the restaurant on the first floor when we saw a MOUSE. We immediately left and regretted eating breakfast there two days ago. The other bad experience we got was the room service. They don’t give new slippers, the cleaning is soso, they forget to give water at times. The valet service is professional , they give good advice, they recommended Orient Bosphorous which was great! Other than that, the front desk dont try to solve issues. They keep throwing the ball to the next “manager” in line. When you want something sorted, they tell you to wait for this and that manager. Exhausting.

Otelin girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar bütün personel çok profesyonel ve kibarlardı.Odamiz çok temiz ve konforluydu.Kahvaltı çok güzel ve çok çeşitliydi.Metroya çok yakındı.Bir sonraki seyahatimizde de kesinlikle bu otelde kalmak isteriz.Ayrıca kahvaltı sırasında Arp ile yapılan canlı müzik harikaydı.Bu otel lüksü kesinlikle hissettiriyor.

Pros: Good Location, closer to Istinye Park Mall, well maintained large rooms for families, professional and experienced team everywhere, Reception, F&B team and SPA great. Special thanks to Taylan bey; the guest relationship manager, all our requests are fulfilled and small issues that we have faced in the first day had been solved timely and with our satisfaction. Chef Mustafa Solmaz in breakfast hall is the star ⭐ of this hotel, committed to provide superior guest experience, not just doing his job, but working with his soul. He made our stay so tasty and enjoyable! Cons: Except business towers, there is nothing around hotel. There are no sidewalks for pedestrian, so, walking around hotel is not even possible. You need to use taxi every time. Hilton Maslak hotel provides shuttle to Istinye Park Mall, which is quite useful.

Great place. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was amazing at breakfast and at dinner.
