Avrei fatto un’ottima recensione se non mi avessero dato una camera all’ultimo piano con una temperatura interna intorno ai 37/40 gradi sia perché il tetto era esposto al sole, sia per l’effetto serra degli infissi. Nonostante l’aria condizionata al massimo la stanza ci ha messo 3 ore per essere a una temperatura accettabile. Sarebbe bastato accendere l’aria condizionata prima che arrivassi e chiudere le tende. Fuori comunque c’erano 40 gradi

The property is in a really good location, I've been walking to everywhere. Breakfast is not bad, they have a nice selection. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the guy on night shift (Vulcan). Originally my room was on the 1st floor, but it was a bit noisy as I was opposite the main stairway. They moved me to the 3rd floor which was much better. I had a look at some of the larger rooms, and these were actually really nice with a view. I would come back.

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz mit einem Parkwächter. Das Economy Zimmer ist relativ klein und liegt direkt am Treppen Eingang und gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl, daher war es teilweise recht laut.

Sehr freundliches Personal .Zimmer sehr sauber und Frühstück gut.Sehr gute Zentral lage Bus,Bahn und Strassenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen.

Everything was ok, and staff was very remorseful. However, even thoug it is in a very central location you can tell the area is not that preatty although I never felt unsafe.

Temizlik dışında memnun kaldık. Yastıklarda ve çarşafta kıllar vardı. Geç vakitti, 1 gece konakladığımız için kıyafetlerimizi serip uyuduk. Banyonun havalandırması biraz zayıf, koku oluşuyor. Mobilyalarda lekeler, dolaplarda el izleri vardı. Konu etsek personel yastık ve çarşafları mutlaka değiştirirdi, oldukça ilgililer fakat; temizlik bir otelde ilk intiba. Ekibin şikayete konu olmayacak, akla şüphe getirmeyecek hassasiyeti göstermesi ve kapsamlı temizlik kontrol listesi oluşturması gerekir. Konum iyi, kahvaltı yeterliydi. Personel ilgili, güleryüzlü. Otopark var. 1 gecelik fiyat\performans olarak genel değerlendirmem olumlu.

ホテルのフロントの愛想はとても良い バスマネ駅近くでアクセスは良い しかし、安全な地域とは言い難いところにあり少し怖い。 アメニティが人数分揃っていないので、フロントに頼まないといけない。掃除が行き渡っていない箇所が何ヶ所もあり、思わず掃除してしまったほど。 泊まれないわけではないけれど、なんか一つ一つが惜しいと思うホテルでした。

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the mattress cover and pillow covers were dirty, possibly from before.

Very comfortable room, great staff and walking distance to all we wanted to see.

I love the tiny pool with the turtles and the backyard where you can have breakfast. Stuff is very nice and helpful. It was lovely staying there
