Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy

ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。 プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。

Das war ein schönes modernes Hotel. Der Poolbereich war auch sehr schön. Beim Service könnte einiges besser sein, wie Koffer auf die Zimmer tragen, Einführung in die Klimaanlage der Zimmer oder Parkservice (nur gegen Gebühr). In anderen 5* Hotels in Istanbul wird solcher Service angeboten. Ansonsten hat mir das Fitnessstudio gar nicht gefallen. Und der Aussenpoolbereich war extrem windig. Dazu muss ich aber sagen, dass zu dem Zeitpunkt ganz Istanbul vom starken Wind betroffen war. Deswegen weiss ich nicht, wie es sonst so ist. Die Bar oben ist sehr schön, und das Frühstück war auch grandios. Die Preise der Lebensmittel in der Minibar waren extremmmm teuer (Kaugummi 10€, Wasser knapp 10€), was ich unverschämt fand. Aber alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind jedes Jahr hier im gleichen Hotel und sind super super zufrieden!!! Pool ist echt schön, das Hotel ist sauber und Personal immer sehr Professionell und zuvorkommend , besonders Eray von der Rezeption und Liveguard Ahmet Emre. Wir freuen uns jedes Jahr hierher zu kommen.

We had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency Ataköy and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to Taylan at the front desk concierge — he made us feel welcome right away. He checked us in smoothly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond by arranging a massage for us, which turned out to be absolutely incredible. The massage was one of the best we've had — incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Highly recommend booking one if you're staying here! The buffet breakfast was another highlight. So many delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a beautifully arranged spread. If you have the time, it's definitely worth enjoying it every day during your stay. We also loved the pool and spa area — everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out in the city. All in all, our stay was perfect. Thank you again to Taylan and the entire team for making it so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Virkelig lækkert hotel med top i orden morgenmads buffet. Deres frokost og aftensmad i restaurant var også virkelig godt. Selv hotellet ligger måske 20min i gå afsted til lidt by med gågade og mad…man kan også bestille taxa som måske koster ca 20 danske kr

Several issues experienced: While fast check in, overall stay hasn't been pleasant. Took 4 hours to receive toilet paper to run after several requests. Very inattentive service at the brizo hotel on several different occasions. Which is also a missed opportunity to increase sales. Had to find waitress to receive check after expressing my intention to eat app, main and dessert. Didn't get a chance to have dessert as i was annoyed. I called front desk around 1am on Sunday evening and no one picked up. All i could think was what if there were an emergency occurring and the front desk doesn't bother to even call the room back. If you're staying on a very high floor the music from the lounge is super loud but they dont warn you of that and i wasn't expecting to hear the music blaring through the walls while trying to rest at midnight. Overall, this has been my worst experience here. I think if you plan to stay more than 5 days, the service tends to dwindle. I would not come here again. For these prices i could have stayed at the JW as this hotel isnt cheap. Even the level of service/friendliness drops which is a shame because the hotel is beautiful. Next time, i will plan a different hotel for a hopefully better overall experience.

The property was very nice overall, but the music at the pool was terrible. They played elevator music at high volume at the pool, which was extremely annoying. When a request was made to the staff to do something about the music, they just laughed and said it would be over soon because the pool was closing.

Genel anlamda gayet memnun kaldık. Hoşgeldin hediyesi basit bir ikram olabilirdi. Banyo ürünleri kalitesini çok beğenmedim (şampuan, duş jeli vb), temizlik iyiydi ancak kullan at ürünlerden oda terliklerinin yenilenmesi daha hoş olurdu.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Spent 10 nights here and can’t fault the facilities. Will be back there in September.

I’ve been to Istanbul many times but this time happened to randomly book Hyatt so that our stay would be a little farther from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were blown away by the hospitality and generosity of the staff, especially the manager Gozde. She went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé & I have a pleasant stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, it exceeded our expectations. The pool, gym and VIP lounge with breathtaking views were magnificent as well. Our room view was also phenomenal. We will definitely book again. Thanks for making our stay as pleasant as it could ever be. We really appreciated the generosity especially during the timing of war.
