The area of the hotel is in a very good area with lots of cafe and shops nearby walking distance. Not very far from tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub was well tempered and locker rooms were kept clean and hygienic. Door men staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located in the middle of a bustling city. It is an old property so expect room, carpets, doors, everything to reflect that. My AC didnt work...so a tech was dispatched to fix it. I feel if the hotel is rennovated it will be an ideal place for tourist wanting to experience the local town.

The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. And it had heated floor. The only downside is that the doors were slamming, when being closed. You can't teach humans to prevent that from happening but you can certainly put something in place so that the doors do not slam so loudly

Nach dem Upgrade vom 22. In den 30. Stock ein tolles Zimmer mit super Ausblick (Zimmer 3002). Bis auf das die Tassen nicht ausgetauscht sondern nur ausgespült und ausgewischt werden, sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lage ist zentral, zudem das Cevahir-Einkaufszentrum direkt hinter dem Hotel. Frühstück war top, Herr Bora Kaya ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Manager.
