We absolutely loved this hotel. The property has everything that we wanted: great restaurants (one with local food), pool, gym, spa and beautiful spaces in common areas to relax, sit, or read. While not near the older parts of Istanbul, it was not too remote from shops or walkable areas.

Staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
We were upgraded without asking with access to lounge which had excellent breakfast and snacks through the day.
