i had a room 1202 the room was nice we checked in next day at 8am the room was cool as the windows were open but as the day went it got hotter so turned the air on but did not work so called the front desk and noone came to repair for a long time . Finally the someone came and did something and aid it is fixed but it was not . I had booked this for 3 nights . one with Expedia and other with a tour company .finally at ( pm asked to change my room which i went to see before moving to make sure the the A/C works and i did so i agreed when i went to the room it was already occupied . So they gave me another room again with no air . So please check your room before you move .

Its an OK property that obviously caters for group bookings There were about 80 people to check in, and with 5 staff behind the counter, only one person was checked in at a time. Torturous! I had several mornings with no hot water. Not all the facilities are working. The shower area next to sauna has been disabled The toaster at breakfast broke down, and wasnt replaced for 3 days There is not enough elevator capacty in B block, so wait times can be high. Staff will allow use of the service lift when very busy. Its not a bad hotel, just a 3 star. It could be better.

Ortak kullanım alanında yalnızca restaurant var. Islak kullanım alanına gelince, otele ait olan spa bölümü otel müşterisi harici aldığı müşteriler yoğunlu ile otelin müşterilerine ilgi gösteremiyor. Aile ile gidecek olanlar; siz havuzda ve sauna hamamda vakit geçirirken düzenli olarak masaja gelmiş insanlar ile kalabalık ve iç içe olacaksınız.
