The location is quite nice. But parking is a problem. Guests can't park by themselves but need to contact with the staff in reception.

Propert was convenient location but looked a bit tired. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Air-conditioning wasnt efficient. Check in and out was efficient and security was pleasent.

We recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and while our experience had some ups and downs, there were definitely highlights. The first two days were quite uncomfortable due to the room being stuffy and overly warm. We couldn’t adjust the temperature, and the windows wouldn’t open, which made it hard to sleep. However, when we mentioned this to the front desk, a very helpful staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) quickly arranged for us to move to a new room. The new room was much more comfortable, and we were finally able to relax. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the entire hotel was very clean, which made for a pleasant environment. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. The hot food was the same every day and didn’t have much flavor, and the pastries were not fresh. Overall, the breakfast offerings were very basic and could definitely use improvement. Despite the breakfast issue, the hotel’s staff and cleanliness made up for some of the inconveniences, and we ended up enjoying our stay.

Oda servisi temizlik berbattı iki kişi konaklamamıza rağmen tek havlu bırakıp durdular oda temizliği çok kötüydü

Otelin konumu, vale hizmeti, çalışanların nezaketi ve ilgisi çok iyiyidi. Ama maalesef otelin oda temizliği çok ama çok kötüydü. Odada sanırım halı ( özellikle peluş halı) kullanılması sebebiyle çok kir tutuyor.

Güzel sakin ve temiz bir otel çalışanlar çok ilgili kahvaltısı da mükemeldi

Uçağımızın iniş saati nedeni ile otele çok erken gelmek zorunda kaldık.Resepsiyonist bize hemen odamızı ayarladı .Bu nedenle çok mutlu olduk.. Temiz, konforlu ,merkezi olması yanında personel ve özellikle resepsiyonistlerin yardımsever , güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı olması süperdi. Seyahatteiken konfor alanından uzaklatığı için insanlar çok gergin oluyor aslında..:)

Erken saat olmasına rağmen oda verildi.. Bu çok mutlu etti. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı idiler. Merkezi olması da bizi mutlu etti..
