This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. I stayed there with my wife. In every aspect this hotel met our expectations and in most instances it was beyond our expectations. We arrived late but they prepared dinner for us though the official dinner time was offer. The staffs are very helpful and smily at reception ,travel desk , lobby bar and restaurant. The location was brilliant. We could see the sea while lying on our bed. Gym, sauna, hammam , steam room are all included in the all inclusive package. The lobby bar was opened 24/7, amazing. There were 2 beutiful pools and has private beach in short walking distance. I was surprised to see that they arranged aqua fitness class in the pool with a trainer so dedicatedly everyday at 11:30 am. In every breakfast and meals there were so many items it was extremely difficult to control your weight. Hotel has good airport pick up and drop off service with comparable rate. We are extremely happy to stay there. If we go to Antalya again surely we will stay in this hotel.

Niederländer. deshalb sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gäste mehr Türken und Russen TOP. schlecht:steiniger Strand,Speisen-4 Sterne würdig,Koch isst vom Gäste-Büffe,Fitness Uralt letzte Jahrhundert verrostet funktioniert nicht(Laufband-Stepper)zusammengeklebt,keine Musik-TV,Hygiene Strandsnack Burger hat mittlel schwere Lebensm. vergiftung für mich u. Partner,Hotelschwester ignorant Gast nur von Geld geredet,Spa-B. zum Fitness musste man fast neben den Duschen vorbei,Intimsphäre?nichts beschriftet mussten erst durch Hallenbad Dusche danach Uralte Geräte zum Teil. konnten Die sich sparen.kaum TV Empfang, Hygieneartikel wurden nicht Täglich aufgefüllt, Security Tor zum Strand erst ab 8 Uhr geöffnet, mussten vom Haupteingang gehen neben Mülltonnen zum Strand.

The ambiente and the service was good.

Très bon séjour en famille. Le personnel est très bien dans sa majorité (peut être un ou deux employés du restaurant qui ne sont pas très serviable). La restauration est juste excellente, plats variés et très frais, on peut manger à toute heure. Le service de chambre est excellent, le nettoyage est fait sur demande. Les points d'amélioration : ajouter des transats à la piscine+ rafraîchir un peu les chambres

The best place in to stay in Antalya. Above all, this place has Amazing service and great people. Few special mentions. Alchin at restaurant, Nida at reception, Mehrad, and Samra room cleaning. Overall amazing holiday. Recommended!

Our stay at Megasaray Westbeach was nothing short of amazing. The hotel truly has the best location on Konyaaltı Beach - a beautiful, high- standard area with breathtaking views. Having a private beach bar with sunbeds reserved for hotel guests was absolutely unbeatable. Being able to swim, sunbathe, and enjoy refreshing cocktails served right to the beach felt like pure luxury. The service deserves a special mention. You can really tell that the staff here love what they do - their warmth and professionalism shine through in every interaction. A very special thank you goes to Sina at the lobby bar. He worked tirelessly throughout our stay, always with a big smile on his face, and never once seemed to lose his energy or enthusiasm. Not only was he genuinely attentive and friendly, but he also made outstanding drinks that elevated the whole beach experience. Sina's positive spirit and dedication at the lobby bar made us feel truly taken care of - he is a big reason why our time at the hotel felt so memorable and unique. The food was another highlight. Every day offered a wide variety of dishes with different themes, keeping things exciting. And the desserts? Honestly, even the best cafés couldn't compare to what we had here - beautifully crafted and delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can confidently say that whenever we return to Turkey, we'll always choose one of the Megasaray hotels.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted and our daughter and grandsons enjoyed it very much.

Dining options were wide but service was quite strange . Several blondes from reception were RUDE like RUDE . THEY REALLY LOVE MEN

Det har varit helt fantastiskt och vi har haft det hur bra som helst. Jag reste med mina två barn, en på ett år och en på 11… vi är så nöjda så vi vill knappt lämna. Har man barn så passar detta stället hur bra som helst. Det finns aktiviteter för både barn och vuxna och personalen är otroligt hjälpsamma till allt.. servicen är i topp klass och maten är bäst. Kommer aldrig att glömma tjejen från Animation som heter Makhinur, hon är så trevlig och hjälpsam, även Veronica.. topp klass service och killen som heter Igho som alltid kom fram och hälsade och var hur trevlig som helst. Jag kan också rekommendera Arina från Spa, som var otroligt bra på massage och även killen som heter Tuncay.. han fick jag turkisk hamam massage ifrån .. super duktig kille. Från restaurangen fick jag super bra service från Pedram och Salar, alltså dessa killar gav oss otroligt bra service.. alltid glada och trevliga. Från guest relations har vi också fått en super bra service från Sadaf och Leonie.. kan absolut rekommendera ifall man undrar något så finns de på plats att hjälpa till, trevliga och glada. Suleiman och Munir från Spa avdelningen är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi hade en super bekväm säng och sea view. Är tacksam för allt och kommer absolut att boka det här hotellet igen. Det kändes hemma och tack ännu en gång. Det här hotellet är det bästa i Antalya som finns, det går inte att jämföra… hade jag kunnat så hade jag stannat ännu längre. Tack för topp service, tack för bästa maten ❤️❤️
