Mene City Hotel

Biz çok memnun kaldık herkes güleryüzlüydü .bizim için hayvan dostu olması çok önemliydi . kahvaltı da çok seçenekliydi.hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.

Für 3 sterne völlig okay. Flughafen, altstadt, meer, hafen usw alle gut und schnell erreichbar in der nähe. Personal sehr freundlich. Klimaanlage und pool top !

It was a very nice hotel and everything was perfect however we were there for 8 days and the sheets were not changed once The pool was very nice and refreshing perfect for the hot climate Would recommend!!!

Temizliğinden kahvaltısına denize yakınlığına her şey gayet iyiydi. Tek sıkıntı banyosunun kapı dizaynı :) boşluklu kapatma sistemi olduğu için dışardan içerisi gözükebiliyor. O da onemlı bir sıkıntı değil tabi, konaklayacak olanlara tavsıye edılır.

It was good

Bra rum, nära till centrum. Frukosten var inte alls bra, det saknades. Glas , skålar, skedar., salt varje dag, man var tvungen och fråga. Det var ofräscht på borden. Mycket folk, för lite plats, det fanns ingen som regelbundet plockade bort från borden från tidigare gäster eller torkade borden, tog ett bra tag innan det togs bort och man fick ett fräscht ledigt bord att sitta vid. Begränsat utbud. Samma varje dag. Brödet var inte färskt och det låg bara massa småbitar kvar i korgen. Uppskattar att det fanns en pool, dock kunde poolområdet städas lite och göras mysigare. Det var inte så mysigt att ligga där o sola. Det är sol endast på förmiddagen fram till ca kl 14. Sedan hamnar poolområdet i skuggan. Rummen var ok. Lite lampor som inte fungerade och handdukar byttes för en person och inte för alla. Ingen. Golvhandduk lämnades efter att de tagit den som fanns. Det var en person som var trevlig och hälsade och det var han i receptionen vid utcheckning, annars var det svårt att få ett hej. Man visste knappt om det var personal eller gäster på hotellet då de inte riktigt framgick. Annars bra hotell för kortare vistelser. Det utgjorde sitt syfte och sängen var helt ok lagom mjuk/hård. Kan absolut bo där igen för att få ett hotell nära till stan med pool och frukost. Bussarna går regelbundet utanför hotellet. Kattungarna

Sejour parfait dans chalbre d'angle avec balcon. Chambre spacieuse. Proche du centre à pieds mais dans un quartier moins touristique. Restaurants à proximité. Facilité de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble. Accueil chaleureux. Petite piscine. Adresse à recommander. Prix très satisfaisant pour les prestations.

Excellent hotel. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect just a short, pleasant walk to both the Old Town and the beach. The pool area is lovely, offering a relaxing spot to swim and unwind. Breakfast exceeded expectations, especially considering the price. Communication with the hotel was smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Old Town of Antalya, this is the one.

Personalen på hotellet var vänliga och bemötte oss på ett trevligt sätt. Tyvärr var städningen en stor besvikelse. Under de tio nätter vi bodde där blev rummet aldrig ordentligt städat. Ingen kom och bytte sängkläder en enda gång, och badrummet rengjordes inte alls under hela vistelsen. Det samlades smuts, och det kändes ofräscht att bo där så länge utan någon form av rengöring. Det drog tyvärr ner hela upplevelsen, och vi kände oss inte bekväma. Jag är därför inte alls nöjd och hade förväntat mig en högre standard, särskilt när det gäller hygien och renlighet.”

The checkin was delayed due to our room door getting stuck. It took lot of time for them to resolve. Hence it all started on the wrong footing. The AC in the room was poorly installed and designed with insufficient blow and cooling capacity for such a big room. Antalya is hot during June and we had a difficult time to cope with the heat inside the room. When we complained to the front reception, they wouldn’t take any action to rectify the root cause of the problem. Subsequently, we had to ask them to install pedestal fans (2 nos) to keep the room ventilated. Overall it was not a good experience in this hotel. There was a gentleman in the front desk at the reception in the day shift and he wasn’t helpful at all in resolving issues. He would just say “I’m not a technician and hence I am unable to resolve” which is not the kind of response that guests want to hear. He wouldn’t care to offer any help nor assistance and thus totally unprofessional. Keeping such people at the front desk is detrimental to the business. You get frustrated as he tests your patience to the core. There was another gentleman during the night shift and he was very helpful and kind. Overall not a good stay at this place.

We were so disappointed The room was run down furniture was so ours and dirty looking the cabinet door was missing no glasses in the room Staff was ok for the most part Breakfast was awful coffee in the room was 1 person We had paid for 5nights but left after 3 Sorry Mene Hotel you need to do a lot better!!!

Dejligt hotel, venligt personale. Det var et roligt hotel uden larm.

Chambre qui a besoin de rénovations, porte de bureau tombante, bain fini, matelas vieux, propreté très douteuse, tapis fini, je ne conseille pas de louer

Dit hotel is misschien geen 5* maar verdiend voor mij absoluut meer sterren. Het voelt als thuis komen. Het personeel is zo lief en vriendelijk dat je vergeet dat je niet in een 5* hotel verblijft. Voor mij is dit hotel zeker en vast een aanrader. In 15 min wandelen ben je in het centrum of neem de oude tram naar het centrum op 2 min wandelen. Natuurlijk kan de accomodatie hier en daar wat verf en opfris gebruiken. Kamers worden alle dagen netjes gepoetst en het simpele maar lekkere ontbijt is voor ons meer dan voldoende. Je gaat dit hoteel ook niet boeken als je de all in van een 5* hotel verwacht. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ! Nogmaals de vriendelijkheid van het personeel maakt voor een groot deel je vakantie. Je kan ze alles vragen. Alle vragen worden met een glimlach beantwoord.
