Our experience was vey good and the staff was very helpful.

Temizlikten başlayalım: yatakta ufak tefek lekeler vardı, ama genellikle iyi. Kahvaltı: fena değildi ama çeşit azdı, diyetik pek bişey yoktu. Sıcaklar 3 tane kazanla ve çoğunlukla aşırı haşlanmış yumurta ve nuggets gibi şeylerdi. Konum bence çok iyi. Çalışanlar: daima saygılı, yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Aklıma takılanlardan: 1. Bazı misafirler daha iyi yerlere oturtuluyordu. Kahvaltıda birşey isteyip istemedikleri soruluyordu. Hemen gözümün önünde kahvaltıda bir çifte masanın rezerve olduğu söylendi, biz de çıkarken rezerve edebiliyor muyuz diye sorunca "bizim otelde öyle bir şey yok" cevabı aldık başka bir çalışandan. Bu ayrımcılığın kaynağının ne olduğunu tespit edemedim. 2. Odamız iyidi fakat bir tarafında depo diğer tarafında da sanırım bakım odası gibi bir şey vardı. Otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca çalışanların ilginç sohbetlerine kulak misafiri olduk. Kalanı gayet iyidi.

Genel olarak otelin konumu iyi, oda servisi ve restoranın çalışmaması odaya geç döndüğünüzde dezavantaj.

トラムの駅が徒歩圏内にあり周囲は静かで立地は良いと思います。朝食も満足な品揃えでした。お部屋は清潔でしたが、ドアが少し持ち上げないと閉まらないのが残念でした。

Funcionários que não falam ingles. Rua de acesso estreita e que as vezes o taxi tem que deixr o passageiro/hospede um pouco distante do hotel por nao permitir a passagem de 2 veículos.

The steam, sauna and gym.. everything was shut as they had refurbishment going on. If I knew this at the time of the booking then I would have booked a different hotel.

El hotel es muy viejo, la devoción bien, pero los cuartos viejos y dañados. La cama casi de selen los resortes y el baño muy mal. Techos muy bajos y en general olía a cigarro todo el tiempo.

İyi ve kötü tarafları var otelin konum olarak yokuşta ara sokaklardan gidiyoruz , yataklar şok eski ve kötü,kahvaltı idare eder ,mutfak kadınlar matinesi gibi iki üç kadın sürekli sesli muhabbet ediyor bir şey istiyorsun yok diyorlar daha yardımcı olabilir daha kibar okunabilir ,resepsiyon çok zayıf bir bir masa var bir çay istedim beni kafeye yönlendirdiler bir çay ikramı yok oteli ben beğenmedim banyo oda bu büyük güzel yatak çok kötü parkta insanlar yüksek sesle konuşuyor hepsi onanın içinde yankılanıyor bir an önce bitsin gideyim havandaydım .tekrar bu otele gidermiyim tabiki hayır . Gördüğüm en kötü Ramada diyebilirim bu kadar.

The room was very noisy, and I couldn't sleep at all due to the noise in the corridor and neighboring rooms. The washroom was also lacking amenities, and the towels were smelly.

Location was very convenient. Quiet and view was amazing. Lovely breakfast. Very nice front desk and stuff. I enjoyed my stay for over a week. Thank you

Hotel itself doesn’t really deserve a 3-star rating. The shower door is almost impossible to close, there are a lot of poorly done repairs in the room, and overall the place feels outdated. That said, the staff is amazing. The front desk is always smiling and genuinely willing to help. Breakfast is decent, and the staff there is great too.

Location is good, maybe about 10 mins from Grand Bazar and Lalali. Rooms are little outdated, we had some issues with plumbing but they had changed our rooms right away. The staff there was incredible. Breakfast was good.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, très à l'écoute de la clientèle pour répondre aux attentes. La chambre était très confortable et très propre (pour une fois, la salle de bains n'était pas ridiculement petite, à l'image de la douche). Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnellement varié, que ce soit du côté sucré ou salé.
