Good hotel room! Clean and staff are super friendly & helpful! Always greeting and I got a lot of complimentary food & breakfast! Location is very good just across the tram station, a lot of food and stores around the hotel, I enjoy walking around the hotel!

This hotel has great service of front liner officers. They help us for everything. They upgrade our room and let us keep luggage after check-out. Perfect place just across tram station and many restaurants nearby. Definitely will come again.

J’ai été déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont petites et manquent d’espace, ce qui rend le séjour moins confortable. De plus, le personnel ne parle pas suffisamment de langues étrangères, ce qui complique la communication. Enfin, le service en chambre n’est clairement pas à la hauteur des attentes pour un établissement de ce niveau

staff were accommodating but regarding the rooms, you could hear people in the next room, slaming doors, talking so we didnt sleep very well. they need carpet the floors and make walls more sound proof.

Everything at the hotel is excellent. The location is quiet and close to everywhere. The staff are friendly and always solve our problems immediately. The cleanliness of the room and the neat arrangement of the furniture inside the house are perfect.

We booked a King room which it definitely wasn’t, Queen at a stretch. We also booked an air conditioned room but the air conditioning is centrally controlled and turned down during the hottest part of the day which made for a very uncomfortable stay.
The staff were great and very helpful.
