Restaurant service needs improvement

This is our second year at this hotel, and we absolutely love it! Everything is perfectly set up for families to enjoy a wonderful vacation. A big thank you to Ihsan and the entire team at the Turquoise restaurant for their kindness, helpfulness, and warm smiles. The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive. Thank you also to the pool bar servers, and to Kaan, our host, who was responsive and available for every request during our stay. Well done and thank you to the whole team!

Location, setting, facilities brilliant. Unfortunately the experience is let down by the attitude of some of the staff members and inconsistent service. It is more of a three star hotel in the service aspects. More investment is needed in staff training. NB. Most staff do not speak English, only Turkish and Russian so communication is sometimes an issue. Also, if you want your room cleaned please give housekeeping the tip on a daily basis. Otherwise do not expect much.

Otel karşılaması fena değildi. Check-in işlemleri için lobby de ağırlandık fakat biraz uzun bekletildik. Otelin Kuru temizleme servisi çok hızlıydı. Genel olarak bazı hizmetlerde otel fena değildi. Fakat bazı hizmetlerde beklentimizi karşılamadı. Alakart ve diğer Resturantların hizmet ve servis kalitesi bence ortalamanın altındaydı. Lobby deki misafir ilişkileri departmenın görevi nedir anlayamadım. Ne sorsak bizi 3.kişilere yönlendirler. Plaj kısmında bar alanında bir görevlinin ( oranın şefi olabilir bilemedik) garip tavırları dikkatimizi çekti. Kendisi Sanırım Şakacı olduğunu düşünüyordur fakat daha çok ukalalık yapıyor. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar profesyonellerdi. Spa kısmını beğenmedik. sezon başında Bodrum Rixos da konaklamamız olmuştu. Orasına; hizmet kalitesiyle, yemekleriyle, çalışanlarıyla her anlamda tam bir premium otel diyebiliriz Fakat Tekirova Rixos kesinlikle premium bir otel değil.

The resort offers a variety of good food and great assistance only thru the app. However, the wooden walkways on the beach are rutted and uneven, posing a high risk of falls for tourists.Unfortunately, I had a fall and fractured my left 5th metatarsal . When I went to the Medical Office, they only offered ice and no doctor available, which I found unacceptable and risky for such a large Resort .

In summary, this resort offers a wide range of activities, entertainment, and dining options. The staff also try to help and address your needs; however, there are specific areas that require significant improvement. I am sharing this review not to criticize the facility or the staff, but rather to contribute to their efforts in improving service quality and attracting more guests. - It is essential for the staff, particularly the receptionists, to meet stringent proficiency requirements in English. As the first point of contact for guests from diverse backgrounds, it is unreasonable to expect all visitors to speak Turkish. Effective English communication is fundamental in the hospitality industry, and the inability of the staff to answer basic inquiries—such as directions for shopping or details about the resort's facilities—cost us time and money and diminished our overall experience during our ten-day stay. - The quality of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages should be significantly improved. The ice cream house was also a disappointment. The variety was very limited, and their scoops are the size of a teaspoon. - While we were informed that children could be left at the kids' club for certain activities, the ten-minute ride from the main building to the kid’s club made it impractical for us to leave our children and return later for pickup. This situation hindered our ability to fully enjoy the offerings of the resort.

Our stay at the Rixos Tekirova Premium was great. We have enjoyed every day at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We stayed at the pool villa, which was excellent. We recommend this hotel to everyone. The beach was very nice and the food was very high quality

Assistant service is excellent. When you arrive hotel, you are joined a whatsapp group, and you can get actions directly and asap with fast communication.

Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings.

Personel çok ilgisiz herkes başına buyruk yiyecekler lezzetsiz alkollü içecekleri verirken elleri titriyor hiç memnun kalmadık.Daha önce beldibi Rixosta kalmıştık orayla buranın alakası yok ,oada personel aşırı ilgili ve güleryüzlü yemekleri çok daha iyidir.
