Excellent location and service

Otelin tekerlekli sandalyelerinin üçü de kırık ve bozuktu. Yakıştıramadım. Saç kurutma bozuktu. Odalar çok tozlu, halı çok eskimiş. Genel olarak iyi sayılır

Otel konum olarak çok güzel. İş toplantıları için uygun olduğunu düşünüyorum ama pek keyifli olduğunu söyleyemem alanlar eski ve yeterli değil. Hamam kullanımı ücretli ve 45dk ile sınırlı . Havuz küçük . Sauna buhar odası 2kişi için bile yeterli değil . Pek lüks bi deneyim olmadı .

The hotel was an ok stay. Very central and close to everything. Service was definitely amazing, however a couple of things not so great. Lots of stains on the carpet and furniture in the rooms which makes it feel a bit dirty. Breakfast was also way over priced... over $50 dollars (AUD) each for a buffet that had very little options and everything was cold. Absolutely terrible. We ended up going down the street for breakfast the next morning for less than half the price and was delicious food and coffee.

De los mejores hoteles que he estado, es impresionante no solo las instalaciones y el edificio, sino tambien los trabajadores y el servicio que te dan. Recomendadisimo!

Harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Düğün sonrası gelin-damat olarak gelmiştik. Odamıza ikramlarımız geldi. Ertesi gün spa randevumuzu da aldık, havuzu da kullandık. Bizim için mini bir balayı oldu. Bütün çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımcıydı.

The worst Bed I have ever slept on! A Sheraton hotel cannot have that kind of extremely uncomfortable bed.. I’m utterly disappointed!

Sheraton Ankara, as usual, a bit outdated but all amenities good, staff professional and helpful.

I was kindly given a free upgrade and had a truly quiet, restful stay at Lugal—exactly what I needed for personal reasons. Everyone was lovely and helpful, and check-in/out was seamless. Special thanks to İpek Hanım and Yağmur Hanım—true gems of the hotel!

This hotel property was amazing. Five star service. The restaurants were excellent. Everything was very clean. And the location is in close proximity to lots of really great things. I definitely would recommend anyone coming to Ankara.

The property is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. It’s a bit pricey, but I highly recommend this hotel overall.

Mitarbeoter sehr höflich, entgegenkommend, und bei Anfragen, rasche Lösungsorientierung. Da selber Allergiker, musste ich schon daran erinnern, trotz Vermerk! Dass der Teppichboden im Zimmer gesaugt wird! Bis auf einen Herren, der selber an der Rezeption eine Führungskraft darstellt, alle anderen Mitarbeiter im Hotel,sehr zu betonen, sehr freundlich. Im Ganzen ein sicheres und ansehliches Hotel was ich in Ankara jedem empfehlen kann. DANKE an alle Angestellten von Sheraton, Reinigungskräfte und Mitarbeiter die vor dem Eingang arbeiten.

Otelin içi çok sıcaktı. Kahvaltısı vasattı. Birçok 5 yıldızlı otel ile kıyaslandığında 3-4 yıldız ayarındaydı.
